Abstract:
با توجه به اهمیت و جایگاه معاملات با اشخاص وابسته در مباحث مالی و حسابداری و اثرگذاری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم این متغیر بر بسیاری از متغیرهای مالی ، در پژوهش حاضر تعداد 107 شرکت در بازه زمانی بین سال های 1389 الی 1394 (در مجموع 642 سال-شرکت) با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری حذف سیستماتیک انتخاب و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها پژوهشی توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) است . متغیر مستقل در پژوهش حاضر معاملات اشخاص وابسته و متغیر وابسته عملکرد مالی می باشد. برای بررسی عملکرد مالی شرکت ها از دو شاخص بازده دارایی ها و بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام استفاده شده است. برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش نیز از مدل های رگرسیونی چندمتغیره بهره گیری و با استفاده از نرم افزار Eviews8 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش نشان می دهد معاملات اشخاص وابسته دارای ارتباط منفی و معناداری با عملکرد مالی شرکت ها (با هر دو شاخص بازده دارایی ها و بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام) می باشد. بیشتر اینکه در بررسی های انجام شده مشخص شد که ارتباط با بازده حقوق صاحبان سهام قوی تر است.
Considering importance and position of the related party transactions in financial and accounting subject and direct & indirect impact of this Variable on many of financial Variable , in the present research , 107 Companies during 2011 to 2016 (tatally using 642 years-Company) were selected and analyzed through systematic removal sampling method. The present study is applied type in View of data collection method. The independent Variable in the present study is the related party transactions and the dependent Variable is the Financial Performance. To review Financial Performance of companies , two indicators of Return on assets and Return on Equity were used. Moreover , the Variable of Volume of transactions, financial Leverage , size of Company and key share holders were Considered as control Variable. To verify research hypotheses , multivariable regression models were used and analized using Eviews 8 tools. The results obtained in this research indicate the related party transactions has a negative and sighnificant relation with Financial Performance of Companies (both indicators of Return on assets and Return on Equity). More importantly , it was found that the relation is stronger for Return on Equity.
