Abstract:
Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of effective sociological factors in employment on attitudes to unemployment status in the children of devotees.
Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was cross-sectional from type of correlation. The research population was unemployment children of devotees of Bushehr province in 2020 year with number 835 people. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was estimated to be 332 people who were selected by multistep cluster random sampling method. Data were collected with using demographic information form and researcher-made questionnaires of sociological factors of employment and attitudes to unemployment and analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficients and path analysis in SPSS and AMOS software.
Findings: The findings showed that the model of effective sociological factors in employment on attitudes to unemployment status in the children of devotees had a good fit. Also, all six sociological factors including increasing young population, social class, government actions, social environment, self-employment facilities and religious and cultural backgrounds had a direct and significant effect on the attitude to unemployment in the children of devotees (P
Conclusion: According to the obtained results, the employment planners of the children of devotees for improve the attitude to employment status can provide the conditions for improving the effective sociological factors in employment.
