Abstract:
هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر اهمال کاری تحصیلی و نگرش به تقلب است که می تواند در پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان نقش مؤثری ایفا کند، یکی از این عامل ها، رعایت اخلاق در فرایندهای کلاسی و تدریس است، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف رابطه اخلاق ورزی با اهمال کاری تحصیلی و نگرش به تقلب انجام شده است. روش: رویکرد این تحقیق توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان می باشد، 386 نفر از دانشجویان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بر اساس دانشکده جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق ورزی، اهمال کاری تحصیلی و نگرش به تقلب استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر در نرم افزارهای آماری LISREL, SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج: نتایج بررسی نشان داد که رابطه اخلاق ورزی با اهمال کاری تحصیلی و نگرش به تقلب منفی و معنی دار می باشد. در نتیجه برای کاهش اهمال کاری تحصیلی و نگرش به تقلب در میان دانشجویان می توان به ابعاد اخلاق ورزی توجه کرد، و اساتید به عنوان الگوهای رفتاری می توانند در رعایت اخلاق ورزی در دانشجویان نقش موثری را ایفا کنند.

As a result, to reduce academic procrastination and attitudes toward cheating among students, the dimensions of ethics can be considered, And professors, as behavioral models, can play an effective role in observing ethics in students. نتيجه پژوهش )٢٠١٣( Sahenejad&Alivordina , نشان داد که ميان متغير باورهاي اخلاقي و دانشجويان با ميزان وقوع تقلب رابطه معکوس و معنادار وجود دارد همچنين آن ها به اين نتيجه رسيدند که گسترش و تقويت اخلاقيات علمي منسجم در سطح دانشگاه علاوه بر کاهش انگيزش هاي فردي و تقويت باورهاي اخلاقي در سطح خرد، ميتواند موجب تقويت سياست گذاريهاي کلان و ساختاري دانشگاهي براي جلوگيري از گسترش تقلب شود.
بر اساس آنچه مطرح شد ميتوان بيان کرد اهمال کاري تحصيلي و نگرش به تقلب به عنوان نوعي از رفتارهاي غيراخلاقي در دانشگاه ها نياز جدي به بررسي دارد، در کنار اين مهم يکي از مسائلي که دانشگاه ها با آن سروکار دارند، نياز به توسعه رفتارهاي مبتني بر اخلاق و ارزش هاي اخلاقي از سوي اعضاي خود به ويژه دانشجويان است ، همچنين با توجه به نقشي که نظام آموزش عالي در راستاي مواجهه با مشکلات جامعه دارد، توجه به اخلاق ورزي در دانشجويان ضروري به نظر ميرسد تا بتوان در راستاي اثربخشي فرايندهاي تدريس سناريوهاي کارسازي را ارائه کرد.
بر اين اساس براي نيل به هدف اصلي پژوهش و به منظور پيش بيني احتمالي وجود رابطه بين متغيرهاي پژوهش با توجه به پيشينٔە پژوهش ، الگويي طراحي شد و اثر مستقيم متغير اخلاق ورزي با اهمال کاري تحصيلي و نگرش به تقلب ، با ارزيابي روابط ميان متغيرها و معنادار بودن روابط هر يک و برآورد ضريب برازش الگو، بررسي ميشود.
بحث و نتيجه گيري پژوهش حاضر متغيرهاي اخلاق ورزي با اهمال کاري تحصيلي و نگرش به تقلب را مطالعه کرده است .
