Abstract:
گردشگری ساحلی یکی از عوامل انگیزشی مهم در گردشگری است که برنامههای توسعه اکثر مناطقی که دارای سواحل میباشند عامل مهمی در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار به شمار میآید. این امر درصورتی تحقق خواهد یافت که برنامه ریزان و مدیران در مامی سطوح و تمامی اشکال گردشگری توسعهای تک بعدی مد نظر قرار نداده و به همه ذی نفعان توجه کنند. موضوعی که در اکثر برنامههای توسعهای کمتر به آن توجه شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل ادراک ذینفعان از گردشگری شهرساحلی بابلسر به منظور توسعه پایدار شهری به این مهم پرداخته است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و متدولوژی پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری شامل چهار دسته ذینفعان شامل گردشگران، شهروندان، فعالان اقتصادی و کارشناسان (مدیران) میباشند که حجم نمونه در میان سه گروه اول با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 383 نفر و در میان گروه کارشناسان 20 نفر به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار spss و آزمونهای کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف جهت بررسی نرمال بودن دادهها و از آزمون تی تک نمونهای برای تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد از نظر سطح ادراک ذی نفعان نسبت به اثرات گردشگری بر توسعه پایدار شهر بابلسر گردشگران با امتیاز 41/3، شهروندان با امتیاز 63/3، فعالان اقتصادی با امتیاز 1/3 و کارشناسان و مدیران با امتیاز 27/3 و در مجموع با سطح متوسط قرار دارند. و از نظر آنها تفاوت معناداری بین ادراک ذی نفعان نسبت به اثرات گردشگری بر پایداری شاخصهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، کالبدی – زیرساختی، مدیریتی – نهادی و زیست محیطی وجود دارد.

The present study aims to analyze the perception of stakeholders of tourism in the coastal city of Babolsar in order to achieve sustainable urban development. The research method is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied purpose and research methodology. The statistical population includes four groups of stakeholders including tourists, citizens, economic activists and experts (managers). The sample size among the first three groups using the Cochran's formula was 383 people and among the expert group 20 people were selected by available methods. For data analysis, SPSS software and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests were used to check the normality of the data and one-sample t-test was used for data analysis. The results showed that in terms of the level of perception of stakeholders towards the effects of tourism on sustainable development of Babolsar city, tourists with a score of 3.41, citizens with a score of 3.63, economic activists with a score of 3.1 and experts and managers with a score of 3.27. Total are with intermediate level.
