Abstract:
در سالهای اخیر، توجه به مشارکت زنان روستایی در مدیریت روستایی اهمیت زیادی یافته است؛ با وجود این، ورود زنان به عرصه مدیریت روستایی با کندی چشمگیری مواجه است؛ ازاینرو هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل موانع گرایش زنان روستایی به مشارکت در مدیریت اجرایی روستایی در شهرستان زنجان است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش مورد استفادهشده توصیفی و تحلیلی است و برای گردآوری دادهها از روشهای اسنادی و میدانی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق در دو سطح مردم محلی (267نفر نمونه) و مدیران محلی (28 نفر) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد، از دیدگاه مردم محلی، موانع نهادی و سازمانی با میانگین رتبهای 3/32و موانع اقتصادی-مالی با 2/72 بیشترین و کمترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص دادند. از طرف دیگر، دیدگاه مدیران محلی نشان داد، موانع نهادی و سازمانی با میانگین رتبهای 3/47 و موانع اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی 2/57 بیشترین و کمترین رتبه را در موانع مشارکت زنان در مدیریت اجرایی روستاها به خود اختصاص دادند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل عاملی نشان داد، از دیدگاه مردم محلی، عاملهای فردی و شخصیتی، محیط اجتماعی و فرهنگی، نهادی و سازمانی، اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و اقتصادی و از دیدگاه مدیران محلی، عوامل محیط اجتماعی و فرهنگی، فردی و شخصیتی، نهادی و سازمانی، اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و اقتصادی-مالی مهمترین موانع مشارکت اجرایی زنان بودند. نتایج نشان داد، موانع بسیاری در تمایل به گرایش زنان روستایی به مشارکت در مدیریت اجرایی روستاها وجود دارد و یافتههای تحقیق آن را تایید می کند.
Findings/Results: The results of the Friedman test showed that the local and institutional barriers with an average of 3.32 and barriers to economic-financial barriers were 2.72. The most and least causes were identified. On the other hand, the views of local executives showed that institutional and organizational barriers with an average rating of 3.47 and information and communication barriers of 2.57 percent had the most and least reasons for the lack of participation of women in rural management. The results of factor analysis on the one hand, from the locals' point of view, showed that the factors of individual and personality barriers with a special value of 2.51, social and cultural barriers with a special value of 1.550, institutional and organizational barriers with a special value of 1.363, information and communication barriers with a special amount of 1.119 and economic-financial barriers with a special value of 0.086. From another point of view, from the viewpoint of local managers, the social and cultural barriers with a special amount of 3.558; Individual and personality barriers with a special value of 3.303; institutional and organizational barriers; 2.217; information and communication barriers with a special amount of 2.992; economic-financial barriers with a special amount of 2.717 It is worth considering..Conclusion: Results showed that there are many barriers to the tendency of rural women to participate in the executive management of confirms the research findings.
