Abstract:
اهداف: شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با سلامت روانی و کیفیت کلی زندگی والدین به ویژه مادران کودکان اوتیسم از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی تنیدگی والدگری بر اساس بهشیاری و فراوالدگری با نقش میانجیگر خودکارآمدی والدینی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه مادران دارای کودک 2 تا 14 سال مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای درمانی شهر تهران در سال 1400 بودند که 250 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به پرسشنامههای تنیدگی والدگری(PSI-SF)، بهشیاری(MAAS)، فراوالدگری(M-PQ)و خودکارآمدی والدینی (PSAM)پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS نسخه 24 انجام شد. یافته ها: ضریب مسیر کل بین بهشیاری(p نتیجه گیری: بهشیاری و فراوالدگری به صورت مستقیم و هم با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی والدینی، تنیدگی والدگری را در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم پیشبینی میکند. بنابراین به منظور توسعه مداخلات برای کاهش یا جلوگیری از سطوح بالای تنیدگی والدگری ضرورت دارد از یافتههای حاصل در جهت ارتقای بهزیستی والدین و بهبود روابط والد- فرزندی بهره گرفته شود.
Objectives: It is highly important to identify the factors related to the general quality of life of parents, especially mothers of children with autism. Therefore, the present study aims to predict parenting stress based on mindfulness and meta-parenting considering the mediating role of parental self-efficacy of mothers of children with autism.
Methods: The present correlational study was conducted using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The study population included all mothers of 2- to 14-year-old children with autism referring to the therapeutic clinics in Tehran City, Iran, in 2021. Of this population, a total of 250 individuals were selected using the purposive sampling method and then responded to the parenting stress (PSI-SF), mindfulness (MAAS), meta-parenting (M-PQ), and parental self-efficacy (PSAM) questionnaires. Conclusion: Mindfulness and meta-parenting can predict parenting stress in mothers of children with autism both directly and with the intermediation of parental self-efficacy. Therefore, to develop interventions for preventing high levels of parenting stress, it is necessary to utilize the findings to improve parents’ parent-child relationships.
