Abstract:
این تحقیق با هدف تبیین توسعه منابع انسانی از طریق اقتصاد آموزش و پرورش انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری عبارت است از خبرگان دانشگاهی در رشتههای اقتصاد و تعلیم و تربیت. حجم نمونه تا دستیابی به کفایت دادهها تداوم داشته، تعداد 25 نفر را شامل گردید. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته بوده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش کیفی کرپنیدورف پیروی شده که شامل مراحل نظم یافتة شناسایی داده، کدگذاری واحد داده، طبقهبندی، پالایش، تفسیر و استنباط بوده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که مؤلفههای سرمایه انسانی عبارتند از: سلامت فردی، دانش و مهارت، توانمندیها و داراییها. مؤلفههای اقتصاد آموزش و پرورش عبارتند از: تأمین مالی، اثربخشی هزینه، کارایی هزینه، عدالت در تأمین بودجه و ارزش اقتصادی آموزش و پرورش. منابع انسانی چنانچه از منظر سرمایه انسانی باز تعریف شود، الزامات و ویژگیهای آن تحقق یابد، از توسعه پایدار برخوردار میشود. اقتصاد آموزش و پرورش در صورتی که با رویکرد سرمایهگرا مدیریت شود تربیت یافتگانش به انواع توسعه فردی، توسعه روندها، توانمندیها و توسعه اجتماعی دست مییابند. بنابراین توسعه منابع انسانی از طریق اقتصاد آموزش و پرورش مبتنی بر رویکرد سرمایهگرایی دست یافتنی خواهد بود.
The Purpose of this study is to explain the development of human resources through the economics of education. The statistical population consists of academic experts in the fields of economics and education. The statistical population consists of academic experts in the fields of economics and education. The sampling process lasted until achieving data saturation and included 25 people. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. For data analysis, the qualitative Kerpenidorf method was followed, which included the organized steps of data identification, data unit coding, classification, refinement, interpretation and inference. The results showed that the components of human capital are: personal health, knowledge and skills, capabilities and assets. The components of education economics are: financing, cost effectiveness, cost efficiency, equity in budgeting and the economic value of education. Human resources will enjoy sustainable development if it is redefined from the perspective of human capital, its requirements and characteristics are met. If the education economy is managed with a capitalist approach, its trainees will achieve a variety of personal development, development of trends, capabilities, and social development. Therefore, human resource development will be achieved through the education economy based on the capitalist approach.
