Abstract:
با افزایش چشمگیر نقش ورزش در توسعه کشورها، پیشرفت در این زمینه به یکی از اولویتها تبدیل شده است. ورزش زنان دارای نقش مهمی در این زمینه بوده، اما توجه کمتری به آن شده است. کشورهایی مانند ایران و مالزی دارای چالشهای متعدد اجتماعی و فرهنگی در ورزش قهرمانی زنان بودهاند و با توجه به اهمیت این حوزه و محدودیت پژوهشهایی که در این زمینه انجام شده است، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تطبیقی تاثیر عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی بر ورزش قهرمانی زنان ایران و مالزی در 50 سال اخیر انجام شده است جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارشناسان، قهرمانان، مسئولین، اساتید دانشگاهی ورزشی و مربیان مرتبط با ورزش بانوان در ایران و مالزی است و نمونهگیری با استفاده از روش گلولهبرفی صورت گرفت و در نهایت با 22 مصاحبه (12 ایرانی و 10 مالزیایی) اشباع نظری رخ داد.ابزارگردآوری دادهها شامل مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بوده و پس از بررسی اعتبار دادهها،جهت تحلیل مصاحبههای تخصصی از کدگذاری با استفاده از نرمافزار MaxQDA و روش تئوری پیمایش استفاده شد. بر اساس یافتهها، مفاهیم بدست آمده برای ورزش قهرمانی بانوان ایران 46 مفهوم و مالزی 43 مفهوم بوده و این مفاهیم بین دو کشور در 34 مورد مشابه بوده است و 9 عامل به عنوان تفاوتهای مفاهیم دو کشور هستند. همچنین، عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی برای ایران 20 مقوله و مالزی 17 مقوله بوده و این عوامل بین دو کشور در 17 مورد شامل توسعه اجتماعی، توسعه فرهنگی، توجه مسئولین به ورزش زنان، افزایش آگاهی و اطلاع رسانی، اعتماد و باور، ومشابه بوده است
With the significant increase in the role of sports in the development of countries, progress in this field has become one of the priorities. Women's sports have an important role in this field, but less attention has been paid to it. Countries like Iran and Malaysia have had many social and cultural challenges in women's championship sports, and considering the importance of this field and the limitations of the researches that have been done in this field, therefore, the present study aims to compare the impact of social and cultural factors on women's championship sports. Iran and Malaysia have been conducted in the last 50 years, the statistical population of the research includes experts, champions, officials, academic sports professors and coaches related to women's sports in Iran and Malaysia, and sampling was done using the snowball method, and finally with 22 interviews ( 12 Iranians and 10 Malaysians) theoretical saturation occurred. The data collection tool included semi-structured interviews and after checking the validity of the data, coding was used using MaxQDA software and survey theory method to analyze the specialized interviews. According to the findings, the concepts obtained for women's championship sports in Iran are 46 concepts and Malaysia 43 concepts, and these concepts are similar between the two countries in 34 cases, and 9 factors are the differences between the concepts of the two countries.
