Abstract:
بیماری ایدز امروزه مسئلهای بهداشتی ـ اجتماعی است که در اذهان عمومی بهدلیل انتقال منحصربهفردش، بهصورت پدیدهای منفی و کجروانه برساخت میشود که از این حیث پیامدهای اجتماعی و روانی بس گرانی بر افراد مبتلا به این بیماری تحمیل میشود. . لذا این نوشتار با هدف مطالعۀ تجارب افراد مبتلا به ایدز از انگ اجتماعی، در شهر جهرم انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی کیفی به روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شده است. دادهها از طریق مصاحبۀ عمیق و نیمهساختاریافته و یادداشتها در عرصۀ جمعآوری و به روش دیکلمن و همکاران تجزیه و تحلیل شد. جامعۀ پژوهش شامل همۀ افراد مبتلا یه ایدز در شهرستان جهرم بودند که تعداد 21 نفر به روش نمونهگیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. با تحلیل محتوای مصاحبههای انجامشده، سه مفهوم ترس از افشا شدن، پیشداوری و قضاوت نادرست و تبعیض بهعنوان مضمونهای اصلی انگ اجتماعی استخراج شدند. مطالعۀ حاضر نشان داد که مهمترین مشکل افراد مبتلا به ایدز، انگ اجتماعی و نگاههای غضبآمیز افراد جامعه است. این مسئله غالباً بهدلیل فقدان یا کمبود آگاهی عمومی برجستهتر میشود. فرد مبتلا به ایدز همواره موردقضاوت و پیشداوریهای اطرافیان خود قرار میگیرد و این امر بر روی تعامل اجتماعی بیمار و سبک زندگی وی تأثیر میگذارد. ازاینرو، با افزایش آگاهی عمومی درمورد این بیماری و نحوۀ انتقال آن و همچنین ارائۀ خدمات مشاورهای مناسب به افراد مبتلا در جهت سازگاری با آن و بهبود کیفیت زندگی، میتوان حیات این بیماران را با امید و رضایت بیشتری مواجه ساخت.
Nowadays, AIDS is an asocial health issue constructed in the public mind as a negative and perverse phenomenon due to its unique ways of transmission. In this regard, the social and psychological consequences are severe for people with this disease. Therefore, this article aims to study the phenomenology of the experiences of people with AIDS from the Social Label in the city of Jahrom. The current research was conducted with a qualitative approach using interpretive phenomenology. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews and notes in the collection field and analyzed by Dickelman et al method. The study population included all people with AIDS in Jahrom; those 21 people were selected by purposive sampling. By analyzing the content of the interviews, three concepts of fear of disclosure, prejudice, misjudgment, and discrimination were extracted as the main themes of the Social Label. The present study showed that the most important problem of people with AIDS is the Social Label and wroth views of people in society. A lack of public awareness often exacerbates this. A person with AIDS is constantly judged and prejudiced by those around him, affecting the patient's social interaction and lifestyle. Therefore, by increasing public awareness about this disease and how it is transmitted, as well as providing appropriate counseling services to patients to adapt to it and improve their quality of life, the lives of these patients can be faced with more hope and hope satisfaction.
