Abstract:
برقراری اعتماد و همکاری فیمابین حسابرسان مستقل و داخلی میتواند از طریق یکپارچهسازی منابع موجبات استحکام هرچه بهتر خطوط دفاعی سازمانها و درنتیجه اتخاذ تصمیمات شفاف و منطقی در تمامی سطوح سازمانی را فراهم نماید. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد تا عوامل موثر بر اعتماد و همکاری در ارتباطات فیمابین حسابرسان مستقل و داخلی را با رویکرد اکتشافی مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار دهد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش حسابرسان مستقل و داخلی بوده که از میان حسابرسان مستقل 99 نفر و از میان حسابرسان داخلی 97 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در فرایند تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، رگرسیون لجستیک و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. طبق نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی چهار مولفه عملکرد شغلی، هماهنگی/مشارکت، شایستگی و مهارتهای نرم به عنوان عوامل موثر بر اعتماد و همکاری شناسایی شدند. براساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر از دید حسابرسان مستقل ویژگی هماهنگی/مشارکت و شایستگی بر اعتماد و ویژگی عملکرد شغلی بر همکاری موثر هستند. از دید حسابرسان داخلی ویژگی شایستگی بر اعتماد و ویژگیهای عملکرد شغلی و شایستگی بر همکاری موثر هستند. به لحاظ متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی متغیرهای تحصیلات و سنوات خدمتی بر مولفههای اعتماد و همکاری تاثیرگذار بودند. همچنین یافتههای پژوهش حاضر بیانگر وجود تفاوتهایی فیمابین حسابرسان مستقل و داخلی درخصوص ویژگیهای تاثیرگذار بر مولفههای اعتماد و همکاری بود.
Establishing trust and cooperation between external and internal auditors can strengthen the organizations' lines of defense through integration of resources and as a result make transparent and rational decisions at all organizational levels. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze the factors affecting trust and cooperation between external and internal auditors with an exploratory approach. The population of this study was external and internal auditors, from which 99 external auditors and 97 internal auditors were selected as a sample. Exploratory factor analysis, logistic regression and multiple regression have been used in the data analysis process. According to the results of exploratory factor analysis, four components of job performance, coordination/collaboration, competence and soft skills were identified as effective factors on trust and cooperation. According to the research findings, from the point of view of external auditors, coordination/collaboration and competence affect trust and job performance affect cooperation. From the point of view of internal auditors, competence affect trust and job performance and competence affect cooperation. In terms of demographic variables, education and years of service affected the trust and cooperation. Finally, the research findings show there are differences between external and internal auditors regarding the characteristics that affect the trust and cooperation.
