Abstract:
خصوصیات و ویژگی های فرهنگی، در اثرگذاری بر روابط میان گروه های قومی- مذهبی و قابلیت ایجاد تفاهم و ارتباط مطلوب در یک کشور و منطقه، نقش و جایگاه بارزی دارند. مناطق گوناگون در جهان، با توجه به وجود شرایط جغرافیایی، دارای ساختار متفاوتی از منظر جغرافیای فرهنگی (ژئوکالچر) میباشند. در منطقهژئوپلیتیکی خلیج فارس نیز کشورها درگیر وضعیت جغرافیایی – فرهنگی میان خود میباشند. کشورهای این منطقه در عصر جهانیشدن و در هزاره سوم که گفتمان اقتصادی- اجتماعی حاکم بر جهان شده است، هنوز در تعامل با یگدیگر، تحت تاثیر تفکرات سنتی، قومی، مذهبی و فرهنگی حاکم بر روابط میان خودشان هستند. در این منطقه چالش های انسانی مانند افزایش جمعیت و مهاجرت، تفاوت مذهبی، قومیت، تفکرات سنتی و اقتدارگرایی که از مباحث مطرح در این مقالهاند، نقش بارزی در ایجاد عدم تفاهم و تعامل بازی کرده و همچنان عامل اصلی اختلاف میان کشورها هستند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهند که عوامل ذکر شده با توجه به وجود زیرساختهای قوی (نیروی انسانی و منابع معدنی) برای توسعه، همچنان نقش مهمی در ایجاد چالش و عدم رابطه همه جانبه در کشورهای حاشیه خلیج فارس دارند.
