Abstract:
چکیدههدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر شوک های اطلاعاتی مثبت بر رفتار سرمایه گذاران و خطر سقوط قیمت سهام در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است.روش: روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نوع پس رویدادی و به شیوه توصیفی علی انجام شده است . نحوه جمع آوری داده ها از صورت های مالی شرکت ها و با نرم افزار ره آورد نوین انجام شده است .در راستای تحقق اهداف پژوهش دو فرضیه تدوین شده است . تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی ، با استفاده از رگرسیون چند متغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار ایویوز انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال های 1394 تا 1400 می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری حذف سیستماتیک نمونه نهایی 145 شرکت بدست آمد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که شوک های اطلاعاتی مثبت بر رفتار سرمایه گذاران تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد. همچنین شوک های اطلاعاتی مثبت بر خطر سقوط قیمت سهام تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد.نتیجه گیری: شوک های اطلاعاتی مثبت منجر به کاهش افشای اطلاعات، افزایش ریسک اطلاعات و کاهش شفافیت اطلاعات میشود که در نهایت ریسک سقوط را تسریع میبخشد. علاوه بر آن، تاثیر شوکهای اطلاعاتی مثبت بر ریسک سقوط تحت تاثیر ویژگیهای شرکت، مکانیسمهای نظارتی و محیط اقتصادی قرار دارد.واژگان کلیدی: شوک های اطلاعاتی ،رفتار سرمایه گذاران ،خطر سقوط قیمت سهام
AbstractPurpose: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of positive information shocks on investment behavior and the risk of stock price decline in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.Method: The research method is applied in terms of purpose, event type and descriptive causal method. The method of collecting data from the financial statements of the companies was done with the new Rahavard software. Data analysis has been done in two parts, descriptive and inferential statistics, using multiple regression and using Eviuse software. The statistical population of this research is the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1394 to 1400, and the final sample of 145 companies was obtained using the systematic elimination sampling method.Findings: The research findings indicate that positive information shocks have a positive and significant effect on investors' behavior. Also, positive information shocks have a positive and significant effect on the risk of falling stock prices.Conclusion: Positive information shocks lead to a decrease in information disclosure, an increase in information risk, and a decrease in information transparency, which ultimately accelerates the risk of collapse. In addition, the impact of positive information shocks on the risk of collapse is influenced by the characteristics of the company, regulatory mechanisms and the economic environment.Key words: information shocks, investors' behavior, the risk of falling stock prices
