Abstract:
Air pollution is one of the environmental crises of today's world and its causes are suspended particles, especially suspended particles less than 2.5 microns, which are caused by climate change, drought, lack of surface water resources, industrial activities, population increase, It is development. Based on the investigations carried out regarding the data recorded in the stations, out of 11 stations, only 6 stations have the necessary quantity and quality data in the studied time period. In this research, the average concentration of suspended particles is less than 2.5 microns in different seasons and during a period of 5 years (from 1397 to 1401) were investigated, firstly by extracting and obtaining data of suspended particles daily and monthly average of air pollution measurement stations studied in Alborz province from Environmental Protection Organization, as well as the amount of rainfall and the prevailing wind direction of the province from the meteorological stations of the province, after verification and calculation of the seasonal average in the Excel environment, the trends of changes in the studied time period are checked and then in the GIS software environment, the particle zoning map at the regional level The subject of study was prepared. Based on the investigations and the results, suspended particles can be mentioned as the main pollutants in the air pollution of Alborz province. Based on the resulting graphs, the average trend of changes of these particles in different seasons usually increases, with the largest increase It has been observed in the seasons of 1400 and 1401 and this increase in changes in the urban areas of the province, especially in the city of Karaj, shows the highest increase in the mean concentration in the pollutant measurement station of the Karaj Metro. Due to the climatic conditions, the lack of surface water resources (drying Salihiya Lagoon in the west of the province), drought, as well as the location of most of the towns and industrial areas in the south and west of the province and the existence of the Karaj-Qazvin highway alone act as an active source of particle pollutant production, as well as the Alborz mountain range in the north and East of the province, which is an obstacle to the transfer and movement of pollutants due to the prevailing wind blowing from the west to the east of the province, has caused an increase in the concentration of pollutants in the cities especially in the city of Karaj, and has also caused an increase in the number of unhealthy and very unhealthy days.
