Abstract:
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی نقش مولفههای سرمایه اجتماعی بر تبیین بدبینی سازمانی به عنوان چالش رفتاری در دانشگاههای پیام نور استان گیلان میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از حیث روش؛ کمی، با منطق قیاسی میباشد و از حیث هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مراکز دانشگاه پیام نور در استان گیلان به تعداد23 مرکز انتخاب شدند که در مجموع تعداد منابع انسانی (روسا، اساتید هیات علمی و کارکنان اداری) 588 نفر بوده و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تعداد 220 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش میانگین، انحراف معیار در بخش آمار توصیفی توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS23 و در بخش آمار استنباطی از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری Smart PLS3 بهره گرفته شده است. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل ساختاری، مراوده ای و کارکردی سرمایه اجتماعی بر بدبینی سازمانی تأثیر گذار بوده و و آنرا تببین میکند و همچنین در بین عوامل شناسایی شده بیشترین شدت مربوط به مولفهی مراودهای، با میزان ضریب تأثیر 672/0- و بار عاملی 840/0 میباشد.دستاورد ویژه پژوهش حاضرنشان دهنده ی این اهم است که با ارتقای روابط و افزایش مراودات در میان کارکنان و اساتید و حمایت مدیریت از چنین ارتباطی، زمینه بروز بدبینی تا حد زیادی کاهش می یابد.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social capital components in explaining organizational pessimism as a behavioral challenge in Payame Noor universities in Guilan province. The present research in terms of method; Quantitatively, it is deductive in logic and is practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study was the centers of Payame Noor University in Guilan province. Sample titles were selected. In order to analyze the data, the mean method, standard deviation in the descriptive statistics section was used by SPSS23 statistical software and in the inferential statistics section, the structural equation modeling method was used using Smart PLS3 statistical software. Findings indicate that the structural, interactional and functional factors of social capital affect and explain organizational pessimism. Also, among the identified factors, the highest intensity is related to the interaction component, with an impact factor of 0.672. - and the factor load is 0.840. The special achievement of the present study shows that by promoting relationships and increasing interactions between staff and faculty and management support for such relationships, the field of pessimism is greatly reduced.
