Abstract:
The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating and explaining the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and two key organizational behavior variables, namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment, among the employees of Bank Sepah. Given the shift in management paradigms from mechanical management to human-centered and spiritual management, identifying factors that contribute to meaning-making in work and increasing employee attachment has become critically important. The research method was descriptive of the correlational type and based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all employees of Bank Sepah branches, who were selected using a stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools included standard questionnaires for workplace spirituality (Milliman), job satisfaction (Minnesota), and organizational commitment (Allen and Meyer). The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that there is a significant positive relationship between workplace spirituality and its dimensions (meaningful work, sense of connectedness, and alignment with organizational values) with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In other words, the more employees feel that their job is meaningful and that they operate in a supportive environment where their individual values are aligned with the organization's goals, the more internal satisfaction they experience and the higher levels of affective, continuance, and normative commitment they show toward the organization. The findings indicate that the 'meaningful work' component has the greatest impact on job satisfaction. This research suggests that managers of Bank Sepah, by creating an organizational space based on human and ethical values, should provide the ground for promoting human capital.

com Abstract The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating and explaining the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and two key variables of organizational behavior, namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment, among the employees of Bank Sepah.
The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between workplace spirituality and its dimensions (meaningful work, sense of connectedness, and alignment with organizational values) with job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the relationship between these important constructs within the specific local and cultural context of Bank Sepah using a scientific and evidence-based approach, so that managers can revise their human resources strategies based on the results and provide an environment in which employees perform their duties with passion and heartfelt enthusiasm, because employee satisfaction and commitment directly affect the quality of services provided to customers and, ultimately, the profitability and reputation of the bank (Maleki, 2021), and this research strives to provide a practical model for enhancing organizational virtues by filling existing theoretical and empirical gaps.
Therefore, this research seeks to answer this question fundamental, which is how the level of internal satisfaction and heartfelt commitment of Bank Sepah employees can be enhanced by strengthening spiritual dimensions in the workplace, and what is the relational model among these variables.
To determine and analyze the relationship between the dimensions of spirituality in the workplace and the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of Bank Sepah employees and to present a structural model.
