چکیده:
زمینه: آموزش والدگری مثبت و مدیریت والدین میتوانند روشهایی موثر برای حل مشکلات رفتاری کودکان باشند. در این بین، مقایسه اثربخشی این دو روش کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی روش والدگری مثبت و مدیریت والدین بر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان انجام گرفت.
روش: روش پژوهش، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی والدین دانشآموزان دختر مبتلا به مشکلات رفتاری مدارس ابتدایی منطقه یک شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99-98 بود که از بین آنها، تعداد 45 والد که دارای کودک مبتلا به مشکلات رفتاری معنادار بودند، انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در 3 گروه 15 نفر (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه) جایدهی شدند. پرسشنامه مقیاس کانرز والدین در هر سه مرحله مطالعه، روی هر سه گروه، اجرا شد. آموزش والدگری مثبت طی 8 جلسه90 دقیقهای، و آموزش مدیریت والدین طی 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای روی افراد گروههای آزمایش اجرا شد و گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. در انتها، دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در مقایسه دو روش آموزشی، تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/ 0< P). بدین معنا که آموزش والدگری مثبت و مدیریت والدینی تاثیر یکسانی بر خرده مقیاسهای مشکلات رفتاری کودکان داشته است ولی تفاوت بین گروههای آزمایشی با گروه گواه در خرده مقیاسهای اختلال سلوک و بیشفعالی- تکانشگری (05/ 0> P) معنادار است.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها، هر دو روش والدگری مثبت و مدیریت والدین از کارایی لازم برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان برخوردارند. در همین راستا، نتایج مطالعه حاضر، حاکی از عدم وجود تفاوت مشخص در میزان اثربخشی والدگری مثبت و مدیریت والدین بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان است.

Method: The research method was a quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test design, and one-month follow-up design. The statistical population included all parents of female students with behavioral problems in primary schools of District One of Tehran in the academic year of 2019-2020. 45 parents of children with behavioral problems were selected by the Conners’ Teachers Questionnaire and randomly assigned in to 3 groups of 15 parents (two experimental groups and one control group). The Conners’ Parents questionnaire was performed in all three stages of the study and on all three groups. Positive parenting training was conducted for 8 sessions of 90 minutes and parental management training was conducted for 12 sessions of 90 minutes on individuals in experimental groups and the control group did not receive any intervention. Finally, the data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance.
