چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش نشانه های اضطراب و افسردگی
مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش، در چهارچوب طرح تجربی مورد منفرد چند خط پایه اجرا شد. بر اساس تمایل به شرکت در مطالعه و
ملاک های ورود، 3 نفر از مادران به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و بر اساس ملاک های ورود انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده
پرسشنامه های اضطراب بک ) BAI ( و افسردگی بک ) BDI-II ( بود که در مراحل خط پایه، طول درمان )جلسات چهارم،
ششم و هشتم درمان( و پیگیری یک ماهه، توسط مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم تکمیل شد. سپس مادران طی 8
جلسه 60 دقیقه ای تحت درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از درصد بهبودی و اندازه
اثر و همچنین نمودار و ارزیابی دیداری تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد موجب کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف
اتیسم می شود. به طوری که نمرات آزمودنی ها طی جلسات مداخله و مرحله پیگیری یک ماهه، نسبت به نمرات خط پایه
در میزان اضطراب و افسردگی آنها کاهش معناداری داشت.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد را در کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان با اختلال
طیف اتیسم تایید می کند.
Aim: This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy intervention on decreasing Anxiety & Depression symptoms in Autistic Childrenchr (chr (chr ('39') 39chr ('39')) 39chr (chr ('39') 39chr ('39'))) s Mothers.
Method: This study is a single case design. Three participators according to willingness to participate in the study having the entry criteria among the patients were selected and received acceptance and commitment therapy for 8 sessions, 60 minutes for each session and one month follow-up. Participants completed Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) in the pre-treatment (baseline) stage, after the end of the treatment (post-test) and follow-up, three participators were selected by convenience and targeted sampling. These scales were completed by them at pre-treatment (baseline) , during treatment and one month follow up stage. All three participators treated over eight sessions of 60-minute based on acceptance and commitment. The observed data was analyzed using the improvement percentage and effect size as well:::: as char:::: ting and visual evaluation.
Findings: The results of the analysis showed that the Mothers who received acceptance and commitment therapy in four assessment stages during the treatment in the sessions and follow-up after the treatment reported decrease in depression and anxiety in acceptance between mother and child, compared to baseline.
Conclusion: The results of this research showed that acceptance and commitment therapy can be effective in reducing depression and anxiety.
