Leading organizations pay more attention to training and education of human resources and human relations in organizational processes. Increasing productivity has been proven to be accessible not by increasing financial investments or the number of employees, but by improving the quality of staff. Soft quality management is a novel concept in the field of operations management which makes achieving quality management goals possible through a mixture of human and behavioral factors. Systematic speculations about the course of soft quality management studies seems necessary in order to better understand this new concept with intertwined and complex human factors. This study identified articles in which soft quality management factors were mentioned using the qualitative method of documentary analysis and by researching valid databases. Based on the studies, 115 components of soft quality management were identified and the factors below seem to be the most common: 1) Training and Empowerment, 2) Communication, 3) Participation and Cooperation, 4) Leadership and 5) Reward and Promotion. In addition, issues such as organizational culture, open organization, creativity and innovation, and issues related to enterprise strategy are other issues that have been considered in soft quality management studies. Based on the historical course of previous articles, it seems that in the future a much larger number of researchers will begin their research resulting in newer aspects of soft quality management to be considered.
