چکیده:
The ability to share knowledge among university educational groups is one of the important prerequisites for gaining scientific and research competence. This article aims to determine the factors influencing knowledge sharing within and between educational groups of Islamic Azad University. Technological capabilities, organizational culture, organizational structure, knowledge documentation status, supervisor control, organizational interaction, communication dependencies, and motivational methods are among the organizational contextual factors, and trust in management and perceived organizational support are among the perceptual factors that have all been considered as independent variables. A total of 148 samples were selected randomly stratified from the faculty members of Tehran North Unit and Science and Research Unit, and the research method of this article is field research of the correlation branch, and statistical methods such as single-sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were used through SPSS and PLS software for data analysis. The results show that trust in management affects knowledge sharing within and between groups through knowledge documentation. Technological capabilities and perceived organizational support were effective factors in knowledge sharing between groups. Also, material and non-material motivational methods have affected knowledge sharing within the group. The achievements of this research provide a suitable empirical basis for planning and implementing knowledge management mechanisms.
