Management consulting is a service provided to organizations by experienced and trained individuals on a contractual basis.</P><P> Organizational consultants assist employers in identifying their problems, analyzing them, suggesting solutions, and, upon request, implementing those suggestions within the organization. Understanding the profession and role of consultants and how to make consulting effective for the development of organizational activities is of special importance. The importance of paying attention to the role of management consultants in the progress of organizations calls for the creation of a coordinated consulting system, the success of which will depend on adhering to the principles of management consulting.</P><P> In this essay, the goals, related activities, pillars, and expectations of consultants from the government, the government from consultants, and employers from consultants are investigated; furthermore, in formulating such a system, there are challenges ahead that require investigation and study to improve the consulting situation.</P>
