خلاصة:
Photo-voice and photo-elicitation represent a major field of visual research methodology which has been little employed in the organization and management. So the purpose of this paper is to present photo-voice and photo-elicitation methodologies and their use in the organizational culture research. The results showed that photos can provide tangible stimuli for more effectively tapping into tacit and often unconscious information, images, and metaphors that results in producing different and richer information than other techniques; and may also help to reduce differences in power, class, and knowledge between researcher and researched because these methods have unique potential to empower participants’ involvement in activities related to organizational culture management. Also, this paper will explore its theoretical foundation and then critically review the impact of photo-voice on a variety of changes in societies or organizations. Lastly, this paper will review the planning and implementation process of photo-voice by qualitative researchers.

Voice of Photography, Visual Research, Images, Photo Interpretation, Organizational Culture Introduction In the past, visual research methods played a minor role in theoretical research in social sciences, management, and generally behavioral sciences.
Considering the discussions raised in the case study section of this article, despite the importance of applying this method in the field of organizational culture studies, there is a deep gap between the application of the voice of photography 2 and photo interpretation 3 and the aforementioned studies, both in domestic and foreign research.
Photo voice was first introduced by Wang and Burris in 1997 (Kuratani 2011; Lai and And 2011), which includes the process of identifying and displaying and improving problems and challenges of socio-human systems and, in general, society (individuals, organizations, groups, women, students, etc.
Photo voice is a process based on collaboration in research projects in the field of community and its members, which identifies the area of concern about that community or system and the knowledge generated in that field and, in order to understand the problem through visual methods, designs and implements important activities (Brydon-Miller 2003: 181).
All three theoretical frameworks emphasize participation in social activities, and researchers use these three frameworks as a basis for voice and interpretation of photographs in revealing the power of information taken from society and its members and explaining information (Cataloni And minkler 2010).
Knowledge of this subject can help design an educational program for participants and form the foundation of the PhotoVoice project; so that the research is shaped around the culture and structure governing the community under investigation (Kuratani 2011 Lai And).
