Abstract:
زمینه: در مطالعه حاضر، نوجوانان شنوا و ناشنوای دختر و پسر شهر تبریز از نظر سلامت عمومی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته اند.
روش: نمونه پژوهش شامل 100 دانش آموز ناشنوا و شنوای دختر و پسر مدارس ناشنوایان و شنوایان شهر تبریز می باشد. برای سنجش متغیر سلامت عمومی ( نشانه های بدنی، اضطراب و بی خوابی، نارسا کنش وری اجتماعی و افسردگی وخیم) از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ (28- GHQ) استفاده شد. روش آماری مورد استفاده تحلیل واریانس یک راهه بود.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که نوجوانان شنوا و ناشنوا در متغیر سلامت عمومی تفاوت معنا داری دارند و سطح سلامت عمومی نوجوانان ناشنوا از نوجوانان شنوا و پسران ناشنوا از دختران ناشنوا پایین تر است.
نتیجه گیری: نوجوانان ناشنوا نسبت به نوجوانان شنوا، نشانه های بدنی، اضطراب و بی خوابی و نارساکنش وری اجتماعی بیشتری دارند. اما در متغیر افسردگی وخیم بین دو گروه تفاوت معنادار مشاهده نشد.
Background: The objective of this study was to compare the general health between deaf handicapped and normal adolescents.
Method: The database was drawn from the comparison of 100 deaf and normal adolescents’ students (males and females) in Tabriz. The method is causal-comparative، with utilization of the (GHQ) to measure general health variables (general health، body symptoms، social dysfunction، anxiety and acute depression). Data were analyzed through one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
Results: Results indicate significant differences between deaf and normal students in general health. Analyzing of data shows that there is a significant difference between gender and the factors of general health.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that there are significant differences in general health، body symptoms، social dysfunction and anxiety in the subjects of deaf handicapped and normal adolescents، but there is no significant difference in degree of depression.
