چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی برنامه حضوری- مجازی درمان والد- کودک براساس رویکرد آیبرگ بر کودکان با اختلالات رفتاری مراکز پیش دبستانی در شهر تهران انجام شده است.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با 30 مادر کودکان با اختلالات رفتاری پیش دبستانی (15 مادر گروه آزمایشی و 15 مادر گروه گواه) و با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. هر دو گروه قبل از برنامه، سیاهه رفتاری کودکان آیبرگ (ECBI)(آیبرگ، پنگوس، 1999، آیبرگ، رابینسون، 1993) سیاهه رفتاری کودکان (CBCL) آخن باخ و رسکولار (2000) آزمون ملاکهای اختلالات رفتاری بر DSM5 (2013) (را کامل کردند سپس برنامه را طی 14جلسه فقط برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد وگروه گوا ه هیچ برنامهای را دریافت نکردند. برای تجزیه وتحلیل از آزمون T مستقل و تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافتهها نشان دادکه برنامه حضوری – مجازی درمان تعامل والد- کودک براساس رویکرد آیبرگ به طور معناداری در کاهش اختلالات رفتاری موثر بوده است.
بحث: الگوی کلی نتایج حاکی از آن است که این برنامه درکاهش اختلالات رفتاری اثربخش بوده، بنابراین میتوان از آن به عنوان یک الگوی درمانی در مراکز پیش دبستانی استفاده شود.
Abstract
Objective: The objective of this research is measuring efficacy of Blended Teaching Method of Face to Face and virtual PCIT based on Eyberg’s approach to behavioral disorders of Tehran preschool children.
Method: This research was a semi experimental with the posttest and pretest pattern on 30 mothers of preschool children with behavioral disorders (15. Mothers in experiment group and 15 mothers as control group). They were selected through cluster random sample method.Before the program, both of them completed Eyberg rg’s (ECBI) and Achenbach’s children behavioral checklist(CBCL), complete the DSM5 criterion test ( DSM5), then the program was implemented in 14 session only for the experimental group and the control group did not recive any plans. For analysis, independent T-test and covariance analysis were used.
Results: Our findings shows that presential and virtual PCIT based on Eyberg’s approach to behavioral disorders of preschool children has a meaningful effect on decreasing behavioral disorders.
Discussion: The general model of the results indicates that as this program is effective to decrease behavioral disorders, could be used as a model of cure in preschools.
