Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و روانسنجی پرسشنامۀ خودگزارشی انگیزش حرکتی در کودکان 9 الی 12 ساله بود. طراحی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش چهار مرحلهایی والتز انجام شد. برای بررسی این مراحل،656 کودک 9 الی 12 ساله بهصورت تصادفی خوشهای از مدارس شهر خرمآباد انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت داده شدند. 24 گویۀ اولیه، براساس مروری بر مطالعات منطبق با نظریههای انگیزشی استخراج گردید. ویژگیهای روانسنجی پرسشنامه با بهرهگیری از روایی صوری، محتوا و سازه بررسی شد. پس از تعیین روایی صوری و محتوا بهصورت کمی و کیفی، 6 گویه حذف و 18 گویه برای ارزیابی در مراحل بعدی حفظ شدند. در ادامه، نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تعداد گویههای پرسشنامه (18گویه) را حفظ و آنها را درقالب سه عامل فعالیت، انگیزش و سازگاری دستهبندی نمود. لذا، پرسشنامۀ 18 سؤالی انگیزشحرکتی برای کودکان 9 الی 12 ساله مناسب و از قابلیت بهکارگیری در موقعیتهای مختلف توسط والدین، مربیان، پرستاران و کاردرمانان برخوردار میباشد.
The purpose of this study was to design of the children movement motivation self-report questioner in 9 to 12 years old children. The questionnaire was design using Waltz's four-step method. To examine these stages, 656 children were randomly cluster selected from khoram-abad city schools and Participated in the study. Items 24 of the questionnaire were identify from the review of the studies based on theory of motivation. The psychometric properties of the instrument such as face, content and construct validity were determined. After determining face and content validity using qualitative and quantitative methods, six items were delete and 18 items were retain for evaluation at a later stage. The result of exploratory factor analysis the number of questionnaires' items (18 items) categorized as three factor of activity, motivation and adaptation. Therefore, children’s movement motivation 18 items questioner is appropriate and feasibility in different situations by parents, trainers, nurses and occupational therapists.

Tehran, Iran Abstract The present study was conducted to investigate the role of shared leadership on team commitment of the Iranian professional handball players mediated by psychological empowerment.
Results of this study showed that, shared leadership had a direct and indirect significant effect on team commitment through psychological empowerment of the Iranian professional handball players.
Therefore, results of the study indicated that, multipurpose leadership has an important role in development of psychological empowerment and team commitment among the Iranian professional handball players.
Extended Abstract Long Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Shared leadership on the team commitment of Iranian professional handball players with the role of psychological empowerment mediator.
The results of the present study showed that multivariate leadership had a significant effect on the team commitment of Iranian professional handball players (effect = 0041; significance = 3070 = significant coefficient).
The results also showed that psychological empowerment had a significant effect on the team commitment of Iranian professional handball players (effect = 0062; significance = 3054 = significant coefficient).
Therefore, the results of this study indicate that coaches can play an important role in the development of psychological empowerment and team commitment of Iranian professional handball players by using a Shared leadership style.
