Abstract:
اﻣﺮوزه اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻧﻘﺶ آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد در ارﺗﻘﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺮ ﻫﯿﭻ ﮐﺴﯽ ﭘﻮﺷﯿﺪه ﻧﯿﺴﺖ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺲ از ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﯽﭘﺮدازﻧﺪ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از روشﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺪون ﺷﮏ در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي آﯾﻨﺪه اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻧﻘﺶ ﭘﺮرﻧﮓﺗﺮي در ﮐﺴﺐوﮐﺎرﻫﺎ ﭘﯿﺪا ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ، ﻫﺪف آن، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي دﯾﺠﯿﺎﻟﯽ در آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، آﻣﻮزش و ﺑﺎزارﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻓﺮوﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎي اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺘﯽ در ﺳﺮاﺳﺮ اﯾﺮان اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺎﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮده و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ 120 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ و ﻣﻮرد ازﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺟﻤﻊ آورده داده از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي و ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻃﯿﻒ ﻟﯿﮑﺮت )ﭘﻨﺞﺗﺎﯾﯽ( و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SmartPls و SPSS اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از اﯾﻦ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه دادهﻫﺎ و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﺷﺒﮑﻪﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺪه و درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي دﯾﺠﺘﺎﻟﯽ در آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﺣﻀﻮر ﻧﺴﻞ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم ﻧﺴﻞ ﻣﻮﺑﺎﯾﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻮع آﻣﻮزش و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ او ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت از ﻧﺴﻞ ﻗﺒﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ، آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻬﺮه وري را ﺑﺮاي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﺴﻞ ﻣﻮﺑﺎﯾﻠﯽ ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﯽﺳﺎزد.
Today, the importance of in-service training as one of the most important aspects in improving the job performance of employees is not hidden from anyone. After identifying training needs, various companies hold staff training. With the development of information technology, e-learning has become one of the main methods of staff training, and undoubtedly in the coming years, this type of technology-based training will play a more prominent role in businesses. This research is descriptive, correlational and applied. Its purpose is to investigate the effect of using digital resources and content in e-learning in increasing the job performance of employees. The statistical population of all managers of human resources, training and marketing of online stores throughout Iran is unlimited and finally 120 questionnaires were completed and tested correctly. A library study and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect the data. Validity of the study has been assessed through factor analysis, and its reliability has been approved using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis is done using Likert scale (five-part) , SmartPls software, SPSS. Data analysis showed that the use of content in electronic libraries, databases and social network to e-learning has increased the job performance and therefore the use of digital resources and content in e-learning has an impact on employee job performance. One of the most important challenges of human resources is the presence of a new generation called the mobile generation, whose type of training and organizational behavior is different from the previous generation. E-learning seems to be the training that provides the most productivity for the performance of mobile generation employees.
