Abstract:
This study is aimed at presenting a model for teachers career adaptability using qualitative approach based on grounded theory.Statistical population is consisted of education department experts and study sample is 12 selected using snowball sampling method.Data is collected using semi-constructed interview method and data is analized using content analysis and coding.Considering career adaptability concept from parcticipants point of view Tmodel of career adaptability based on paradigm structure involving casual conditions,context,intervening conditions,strategies ,conseqences and phenomenon is presented.After selective coding the main phenomenon is systematically selected and after relating phenomenon to other issues ,theory is started to be written.In this regard, issues are shaped in a six dimension paradigm format which includes casual conditions (3 issues),phenomenon (2 issues), strategies (4 issues),context(4 issues), intervening conditions(4 issues) and consequences(3 issues).Results show that after implementing career adaptability model ,its beneficial consequences in career , individual and organizational levels would be undeniable.This study is adaptability , teachers, model, qualitative approach.In recent years, there has been a growing increase in psychological well-being and the happiness of these people.Positive psychology interventions are recognized as one of the most commonly used methods in,psychological well –being and happiness.Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of positive psychological interventions on CWB,psychological well – being and happiness in dependent people.Method:This was a semi experimental research with pre-test and post test design.The statistical community consisted of all pupils addicted to drugs and referred to the Qarchak addiction centers in 1395 .Among them 30 were selected by voluntary sampling method and were randomly replaced in two groups of experiment and control group(each group of 15).The experiment group was trained for 15 minutes with positive psychological interventions and the control was on the waiting list.Both groups met with Kunar &Davidson (2003),well-being questionnaire(1989)and Argail(1990) happiness questionnaire as pre-test and ….. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 19 by univariate covariance.Findings: The findings indicated that there is a significant difference between the training group of positive psychological interventions and control group. In other words ,the training of positive psychology interventions caused a significant increase in psychological well-being,psychological well-being and happiness (p Discussion and conclusions: The results of this study showed that the method of teaching positive psychology interventions could improve resiliency ,psychological well - being and happiness in dependent people.Therefore,psychologists can use this methodto improve the swing, psychological well being and happiness in people dependent on drugs
