Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با عنوان تاثیر مطالبات و منابع فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر رضایت شغلی با نقش میانجی تعادل کار و خانواده و فرسودگی شغلی در اداره مخابرات استان همدان، انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان مخابرات استان همدان که به تعداد 170 نفر میباشند که در سال 1400 در آن سازمان مشغول به فعالیت بودند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و با استفاده از جدول مورگان و کرجسی به تعداد 118 نفر استفاده شد. سطح مطالبات فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات 6/55%، منابع فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات 65%، فرسودگی شغلی 4/48%، رضایت شغلی 66% و تعادل کار و خانواده 6/61% بود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار PLS نشان داد که مطالبات فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به میزان 19% بر افزایش فرسودگی شغلی و منابع فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به میزان 16% بر کاهش فرسودگی شغلی تاثیر گذار بودند. مطالبات فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به میزان 39% بر کاهش تعادل کار و خانواده و منابع فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به میزان 35% بر افزایش تعادل کار و خانواده موثر بودند. از طرفی مطالبات فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر فرسودگی شغلی به طور غیرمستقیم و با نقش میانجی تعادل کار و خانواده به میزان 9% و منابع فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر فرسودگی شغلی به طور غیرمستقیم و با نقش میانجی تعادل کار و خانواده به میزان 8% تاثیر گذاشت. همچنین فرسودگی شغلی ب میزان 23% و به شکل معکوس تحت تاثیر تعادل کار و خانواده بود و به میزان 52% و به طور معکوس بر رضایت شغلی موثر بود.
The present study was conducted under the title of the impact of information and
communication technology demands and resources on job satisfaction with the mediating role
of work-family balance and job burnout in Hamedan province's telecommunications
department. The statistical population of the current research includes all telecommunications
employees of Hamadan province, which are 170 people who were working in that
organization in 2022. In this research, the available sampling method was used using Morgan
and Karjesi's table with the number of 118 people. The level of information and
communication technology demands was 55.6%, information and communication technology
resources was 65%, job burnout was 48.4%, job satisfaction was 66%, and work-family
balance was 61.6%. The results of structural equation analysis with PLS software showed
that information and communication technology demands had a 19% effect on increasing job
burnout and information and communication technology resources had a 16% effect on
reducing job burnout. Information and communication technology demands were 39%
effective in reducing work-family balance and information and communication technology
resources were effective in increasing work-family balance by 35%. On the other hand, the
demands of information and communication technology on job burnout indirectly and with
the mediating role of work-family balance by 9% and the resources of information and
communication technology on job burnout indirectly and with the mediating role of workfamily
balance by 8% put. Also, job burnout was 23% and inversely affected by work and
family balance and 52% and inversely affected job satisfaction.
