Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع بر ارتقای مهارتهای اجتماعی و تبعیت از دارو در بیماران طیف اسکیزوفرن شهر اصفهان انجام شده است. روش پژوهش ازنوع نیمه آزمایشی و با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی مرکز درمان و توانبخشی اعصاب و روان ظفر در سال 1401 تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفند 30 بیمار انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. برای سنجش و جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامهمهارتهایاجتماعیماتسونوهمکارانMESSY) ، 1983) وتبعیتدارویی موریسکی و همکاران (MMAS، 2008) استفاده شد. پس از اجرای پیش آزمون، شرکت کنندگان در گروه آزمایش طی 16 جلسه به صورت گروهی( دو گروه 7و8 نفر) تحت آموزش برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع قرار گرفتند. دادهها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافتهها نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیشآزمون بین میانگین مهارت اجتماعی و تبعیت دارویی در پس آزمون گروه آزمایش و گواه، تفاوت معناداری در سطح (05/0P) وجود دارد. همچنین درمان بر مولفههای مهارت های اجتماعی از جمله مهارت اجتماعی مناسب، رفتار غیر اجتماعی، برتری طلبی و رابطه با همسالان معنادار و بر پرخاشگری معنا دار نبوده است (05/0P). این نتایج بیان میکند که اجرای برنامه بازگشت به اجتماع بر ارتقا مهارتهای اجتماعی و تبعیت دارویی بیماران اسکیزوفرن اثربخش میباشد.
The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of the return to society program on improving social skills and medication adherence in patients with schizophrenia in Isfahan City. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this research was made up of all patients with schizophrenia in Zafar Neuropsychological Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in 1401. Using the purposive sampling method, 30 patients were selected and randomly assigned to two groups of 15 people, test and control. To measure and collect data from the skills questionnaire Matson et al. (Messy, 1983) and Morisky et al. (MMAS, 2008) were used. After the pre-test, the participants in the experimental group were trained in the community return program in 16 sessions as a group (two groups of 7 and 8 people). The data was analyzed by covariance analysis. The findings showed that by controlling the pre-test effect between the average social skills and medication adherence in the post-test of the experimental and control groups, there was a significant difference in the level There is (P
