Abstract:
تحقیق حاضر با موضوع بررسی موانع جذب هواداران فوتبال به باشگاه، از لحاظ روش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوری دادهها یک تحقیق کمی و از نظر هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه هواداران لیگ برتر فوتبال همدان بودند. نمونه آماری در این پژوهش با توجه به نامحدود بودن جامعه آماری این تحقیق براساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 384 نفر برآورد شد. ابزار اندازهگیری پژوهش، پرسشنامه موانع جذب هواداران فوتبال به باشگاه که 39 سوال دارد و توسط ساعت چیان و الهی در سال 1393 طراحی گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از نرمافزار SPSS نشان داد موانع روابط عمومی، مکان، قیمت گذاری، کانالهای توزیع، قدرتهای بازار، کیفیت و فرآیند، تشویق کنندهها، مدیریت هواداران، ترویج، برنامه ریزی جهت جذب و محصول بر جذب هواداران فوتبال به باشگاه نقش موثری داشتند و تمامی این موانع به جز قدرتهای بازار، در سطح بالایی قرار داشتند. همچنین موانع برنامه ریزی جهت جذب، ترویج، تشویق کنندهها، محصول، مدیریت هواداران، کیفیت و فرآیند، مکان، روابط عمومی، کانالهای توزیع، قیمت گذاری و قدرتهای بازار به ترتیب اولویت بر جذب هواداران فوتبال به باشگاه نقش داشتند.
The current research on the topic of investigating the obstacles of attracting football fans to the club, in terms of method, it was part of correlational descriptive research, and in terms of data collection method, it was a quantitative research, and in terms of purpose, it was part of applied research. The statistical population of this research included all the fans of Hamadan Premier Football League. The statistical sample in this research was estimated to be 384 people based on Cochran's formula due to the unlimitedness of the statistical population. Is. The results of SPSS software showed the role of public relations obstacles, location, pricing, distribution channels, market forces, quality and process, cheerleaders, fan management, promotion, attraction planning and product on the attraction of football fans to the club. They were effective and all these obstacles were at a high level, except for the market forces. Also, planning obstacles for attraction, promotion, cheerleaders, product, fan management, quality and process, location, public relations, distribution channels, pricing and market forces, in order of priority, played a role in attracting football fans to the club.
