چکیده:
ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ، ﮐﺎری اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻦ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ. ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻮدن، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ ﺻﻔﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻓﺮد ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺘﻌﻬﺪ اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎری ﮐﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯿﺪﻫﺪ. روﻧﺪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﺎﻧﻪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻦ درﮔﯿﺮ آن ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺧﻠﻖ ارزش ﺟﺪﯾﺪی ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد ﮐﻪ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﮥ آن ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد. اﻓﺮاد ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻦ دارای وﯾﮋﮔﯿﻬﺎی اﻧﮕﯿﺰة ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ، اﺳﺘﻘﻼل ﻃﻠﺒﯽ، ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺎﻟﻘﯿﺖ، رﯾﺴﮏ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل دروﻧﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﻣﺤﻘﻘﺎن دراﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ "ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﮐﺎر آﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ در ﻣﺪارس از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﮐﺎر وﻓﻨﺎوری ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻧﮑﺎ" و روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ از روش ﻫﺎی ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ای ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ: ﻧﺒﻮدن ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ و ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﻼن ﺑﯿﻦ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش و ﻣﻮﺳﺴﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺎزدﯾﺪ، ﺗﺴﻠﻂ ﮐﻢ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺎزارﯾﺎﺑﯽ، آﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻢ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻓﻀﺎی ﮐﺴﺐ وﮐﺎر، اﻃﻼع ﮐﻢ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻧﻈﺮﯾﺎت ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ، ﺑﯽ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ اداری در ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دوره ﻫﺎی آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺪت ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﮐﺴﺐ وﮐﺎر و ﻋﺪم ﺗﺸﻮﯾﻖ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻓﻌﺎل ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ اداری در زمینه کسب و کار، از مهمترین موانع کارآفرینی و کسب و کار در مدارس می باشند.
Entrepreneurship is what entrepreneur does. Being entrepreneur is an adjective describing how one entrepreneur
is committed to what it does. Entrepreneurial process in which entrepreneur is involved creates new value that is
its result. The entrepreneur people have characteristics of achievement motivation, independence, and tendency
to creativity, risk taking, and internal control. The objective of researchers in the article is investigating the
barriers of entrepreneurship in schools from the point of view of business and technology teachers in Neka city.
Research method is a combination of library and field methods. The research findings suggest the most important
barriers to entrepreneurship and business in schools include lack of program and coordination at the macro level
between education department and visited institution, low proficiency of teachers in the field of marketing,
teachers' low familiarity with business space, low information of teachers on entrepreneurial views, lack of
attention of administrative authorities hold in-service short-term training courses in the field of business, lack of
encouragement of teachers active in business area by administration authorities.
