In this research, with the emphasis on such a concept drawn from Richard Oliver's Customer Satisfaction Model, an interdisciplinary analysis is presented in which the distance between expectations and the realities of consumption [of natural gas] is measured by consumers.
In this paper, first the assumptions and variables involved in road fatalities is identified, then causal and flow diagrams and the complete model are explained, then by using system dynamics method and simulation via Vensim software according to collected data, several policies were proposed for reducting road accidents’ fatalities.
The codes were provided as a result of studying selected meta-synthesis and Fuzzy Delphi essays and could be applied as a reliable model for assessment of cultural intelligence.
