چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثرات برنامه کاربرد عملی مهارت های ارتباط صمیمانه (PAIRS) بر رضایت زناشویی زنان باردار صورت پذیرفت. مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و در طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود و با مشارکت زوجین در اتتظار فرزند مراجعه کننده به یک مرکز درمانی شهر تهران (در سال 1395) انجام پذیرفت. گروه مورد مطالعه شامل 24 زوج در انتظار فرزند بود که نمره پائینی را در پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی به دست آورده بودند و بصورت تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند (هر کدام شامل 12زوج). هر دو گروه قبل از اجرای آموزش مورد سنجش واقع شدند، اعضای گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه، تحت آموزش برنامه کاربرد عملی مهارت های ارتباط صمیمانه (PAIRS) قرار گرفته و گروه گواه چنین آموزشی را دریافت ننمودند. پس از اتمام جلسات آموزشی، از هر دو گروه پس آزمون به عمل آمد و داده های حاصل از سنجش رضایت زناشویی زنان باردار به وسیله تحلیل کوواریانس پردازش شدند. نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی آموزش برنامه کاربرد عملی مهارت های ارتباط صمیمانه (PAIRS) بر رضایت زناشویی زنان باردار بود، به طوریکه آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی، رضایتمندی کلی را افزایش داده، در خرده مقیاس ها، موجب کاهش تعارض زناشویی گردیده، ارتباط بهتر را آموزش داده و در حل تعارض خانوادگی کمک نموده است. با بکارگیری این بسته آموزشی در برنامه های مراقبتی مراکز زنان و زایمان می توان رضایت زناشویی زوجین در انتظار فرزند را بهبود بخشید و در جهت آمادگی روانی زنان برای فرزندآوری گام برداشت.
The present study was conducted to examine the effects of PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills) program on pregnant womens marital satisfaction. This semi-experimental research was organized in a pretest-posttest design with control group. The sample of the study included 24 couples expecting child who had scored low in ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale. These couples were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group (12 couple each). Before intervention, both groups were assessed. The experimental group received Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills Program training for 8 sessions; while the control group did not receive any intervention. After the training sessions, posttest was administered for both groups and the data was analyzed through covariance analysis. Findings showed that PAIRS training has been effective on pregnant womens marital satisfaction in a way that this program has helped general satisfaction increase and it has reduced the marital conflicts. Incorporating of this package in pregnancy care centers prenatal care programs may improve marital satisfaction in couples expecting child and it consequently helps women mentally prepare for childbearing.
