چکیده:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه مهارت شبکهسازی بر موفقیت مسیر شغلی با نقش میانجی قدرت ارتباطات میباشد.روش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی و از نوع کاربردی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق متشکل از کلیه مدیران و معاونین دوایر ستادی وزارتخانههای دولتی متمرکز در استان لرستان بوده که تعداد آنها 400 نفر بود و با استفاده از جدول مورگان 196 نفر به شیوه نمونه تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای ولف و موزر (2008) برای سنجش مهارت شبکهای، گورکیان و گورکیان (2011) برای موفقیت مسیر شغلی و ساودا و هاشم (2017) برای قدرت ارتباطات استفادهشده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار PLS استفاده شد. یافتهها: تحقیق نشاندهنده آن است که مهارت شبکهسازی و ایجاد ارتباط با ذینفعان قدرتمند بیرونی رابطه معنیداری بر موفقیت مسیر شغلی مدیران در سلسلهمراتب سازمان داشته و این رابطه از طریق قدرت ارتباطات تقویت میشود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق میتوان چنین بیان داشت که مهارت شبکهسازی مدیران دولتی و ایجاد ارتباط با ذینفعان قدرتمند سازمان موجب ارتقاء سلسلهمراتبی و موفقیت مسیر شغلی آنها میشود. درواقع مدیرانی که از مهارت شبکهسازی قویتر بهرهمندند نسبت به سایر همتایان خود از شانس بیشتری برای تصدی پستهای بالاتر سازمان برخوردارند
Aim: One of the main features of the distinction between successful and effective managers is the networking skill. In fact, this skill plays an important role in promoting individuals in a hierarchy and the success of their career. Successful managers, with the benefit of networking skills and communication with powerful stakeholders outside the organization, progress well through the administrative hierarchy and even run ahead of the most effective managers who use best manners in running the organization. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship of networking skill with the career-success with the mediating role of communication power. Methods: The statistical population of this study consisted of all directors and assistants of the central government ministries in the province with 400 people. Using Morganchr('39')s table, 196 individuals were randomly selected. For data collection, Wolf and Moser questionnaires (2008) were used for assessing network skills, Gurkian and Gurkian (2011) was used for the career path success, and Saadda and Hashem (2017) was used for the communication power For data analysis, structural equation modeling and PLS software were used. Findings: The results of the research indicate that networking skills and communication with powerful organization’s stakeholders lead to promotion in the organizationchr('39')s hierarchy and their career path success. Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be said that the networking skills of government managers and communication with powerful stakeholders of the organization promotes hierarchy and success in their careers. In fact, managers who have strong networking skills compared with their counterparts, have higher chances for holding higher positions in the organization.

اين اصل نشان دهنده آن است که روابط غير رسمي افراد و مهارت شبکه سازي نقش تعيين کنندهاي در موفقيت فرد در سازمان به ويژه موفقيت در مسير شغلي فرد دارد.
در حقيقت مديران سازمان ها با استفاده از تقويت مهارتهاي شبکه سازي خود ميتوانند قدرت ارتباطات خود را افزايش داده و از اين طريق راه خود را براي موفقيت در کارراهه و مسير شغلي شخصي هموار سازند.
امروزه ثابت شده است که مهارت شبکه سازي با ابعاد موفقيت هاي مسير شغلي عيني و ذهني ارتباط دارد )فوريت و دورگرتي ١، ٢٠٠٤(.
از اين رو پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا اثر مهارت شبکه سازي را با نقش ميانجي قدرت ارتباطات بر موفقيت مسير شغلي بسنجد.
امروزه پژوهشهاي زيادي مويد اين نکته هستند که عدم استفاده از مهارت شبکه سازي بيشترين اثر را در عدم ارتقا و موفقيت مسير شغلي مديران مؤثر به همراه دارد )ولف و کيم ١، ٢٠١١(.
