چکیده:
مقاله حاضر در صدد هنجاریابی و اعتباریابی ابزار مدیریت استعداد در مدارس تیزهوشان؛ در شهر تهران میباشد. روش پژوهش کمّی، جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان و مدیران مدارس تیزهوشان شهر تهران میباشد و نمونه آماری بر اساس نمونه لازم برای انجام تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی یا تاییدی 300 نفر بوده و روش نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب با حجم از زیر جمعیتها (مدرسههای تیزهوشان مختلف) بوده است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محققساخته بوده است که برای تحلیل دادهها در این پژوهش از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS اعتباریابی شده است. نتایج در حالت استاندارد نشان داد که مدیریت استعداد در مدارس تیزهوشان تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر مولفههای؛ قوانین و مقررات حمایت کننده از استعدادها، داشتن چشم انداز مدیریت استعدادها، منابع مالی مدیریت استعدادها، ایجاد جو حمایتی از استعدادها، استقرار زیرساختهای نرم، استقرار زیرساختهای سخت، نظام علمی و آکادمیک، کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری و مدیریت استعدادها دارد. همچنین با توجه به آلفای کرونباخ 710/0 و پایایی ترکیبی 803/0 دارای پایایی مناسبی است و با توجه به روایی همگرا 625/0 دارای روایی مناسبی نیز می باشد. شاخصهای نیکویی برازش همگی نیز حکایت از برازش مناسب الگو با دادههای تحقیق دارد. مقاله حاضر در صدد هنجاریابی و اعتباریابی ابزار مدیریت استعداد در مدارس تیزهوشان؛ در شهر تهران میباشد. روش پژوهش کمّی، جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان و مدیران مدارس تیزهوشان شهر تهران میباشد و نمونه آماری بر اساس نمونه لازم برای انجام تحلیل

محقق در اين پژوهش با مطالعۀ فراوان و مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصان در اين امر (که قبلا به روش کيفي به شيوة تحليل محتوا انجام داده است و کدهاي مستخرج از متن مصاحبه با خبرگان را دسته بندي کرده است ) به فرايند مديريت استعداد در مدارس تيزهوشان شامل : قوانين و مقررات حمايت کننده از استعدادها، داشتن چشم انداز مديريت استعدادها، منابع مالي مديريت استعدادها، ايجاد جو حمايتي از استعدادها، استقرار زيرساخت هاي نرم ، استقرار زيرساخت هاي سخت ، نظام علمي و آکادميک ، کيفيت آموزش و يادگيري و مديريت استعدادها دست يافت که هر کدام شامل مؤلفه هايي براي سنجش است که الگوي پيشنهادي به همراه مؤلفه هاي مؤثر براي هر يک در زير به عنوان الگو مفهومي پژوهش ارائه شده است : شکل ١) الگوي مفهومي پژوهش (برگرفته از مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصان به روش کيفي ) (به تصویر صفحه رجوع شود) سؤالات مطالعۀ حاضر عبارتند از: ١- مؤلفه ها و زير مؤلفه هاي اساسي مفهوم مديريت استعداد در مدارس تيزهوشان با توجه به تحليل عاملي اکتشافي کدامند؟ ٢- الگوي ساختاري تحليل عاملي تا چه اندازه از اعتبار سازه برخوردار است ؟ روش شناسي پژوهش پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش کمي (توصيفي- همبستگي) است .
آلفاي کرونباخ و پايايي ترکيبي مؤلفه هاي الگو مديريت استعداد در مدارس تيزهوشان (به تصویر صفحه رجوع شود) همانطور که در جدول (٤) ملاحظه ميشود مقدار تمام مؤلفه ها بالاتر از ٠/٧ بوده اين نشان مي دهد که الگو از نظر آلفاي کرونباخ پايايي مناسبي دارد.
