چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر به صورت کمی و از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری آن را کلیه مربیان و مراکز پیش دبستانی شهر اهواز در سال تحصیلی 98-97 تشکیل دادندکه به ترتیب 180 مربی و176 مرکز از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شده اند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه و چک لیست محقق ساخته استفاده گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه و چک لیست براساس نظرات صاحب نظران تأیید گردید و پایایی ابزارها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه نیروی انسانی 96/0 و چک لیست ارزیابی فضای فیزیکی مراکز 75/0 محاسبه گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میزان مطلوبیت نیروی انسانی (مربیان مراکز پیش دبستانی) بیش از سطح متوسط بوده است. همچنین، بررسی فضای آموزشی مراکز پیش دبستانی نشان داد که بیشترین مطلوبیت فضا و تجهیزات آموزشی مربوط به مکان نگهداری وسایل کودکان، نور و هوای کافی، وسایل ایمنی، اطفای حریق و کمکهای اولیه، طبقهی همکف بودن کلاسها، تجهیز مرکز به لوازم بهداشت عمومی و بهداشت فردی، میز و صندلی متناسب با سن کودکان و کمد یا قفسهی نگهداری وسایل و پوشههای فعالیت آنها، وجود تابلوهای آموزشی، وسایل صوتی- تصویری، وسایل و لوازم مورد نیاز مفاهیم دینی، لوحههای تصویری و آموزشی بوده و کمترین مطلوبیت فضا و تجهیزات آموزشی مربوط به استاندارد بودن فضای ساختمان و.... بوده است.
Abstract The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the staffing and educational environment of preschool centers. The research method was quantitative and descriptive-survey. Questionnaire and checklist made by researcher were used for data collection. To check the face and content validity of the research tool, a questionnaire and checklist were provided to the professors (guides and consultants) as well as to several instructors and specialists and after completing the corrections and eliminating overlapping items, The sample was run. Its reliability was calculated after Cronbach's alpha for the Human Resources Questionnaire (0.96) and the Checklist (0.75). The statistical population of this study consisted of all 193 centers of preschools in Ahwaz city and 180 teachers were selected through stratified random sampling method and 176 centers for preschool centers. The results showed that the competencies of the coaches were at a good level. Demonstrated in educational, artistic, child development and managerial, managerial, child health, social, ethical, behavioral, intellectual, communication and environmental culture competencies but in technology and professional development competencies. Not desirable. The desirability of educational qualifications, professional development in non-government schools was higher than that of government, and the desirability of technological competencies in public schools was better than non-government. Analyzes showed the most desirable space and educational equipment related to "places to store children, adequate light and air, safety equipment, fire extinguishers and aids, class floors, equipped with public health facilities, and Personal hygiene, children s desks and chairs, and wardrobes or shelves for activity supplies and folders, equipped with educational boards, audio, video, religious supplies, picture boards, and educational supplies. Minimum space requirements and training equipment related to standard building space, hall for group games in cold seasons, suitability for design Children, Good quality of space, Learning in non-classroom space, Outdoor activities for sports, Gardening, Animal care, Children play, Use of bright and washable colors in wall painting, Class fit With the number of children, the equipment needed to develop mental and physical skills. در مدرسه اي که داراي فضاي مناسب ، کتابخانه و منابع مختلف آموزشي است و محيط از نظر عاطفي و رواني سالم باشد و محبت و احترام متقابل رعايت شود، يادگيري عميق تر و آسان تر صورت ميگيرد (٢٠١٩ ,Educational Research and Planning Organization) .
در تحقيقي که توسط Jelizi &Naysi (٢٠١٤) در مورد اندازه گيري کيفيت مهارت شغلي مربيان مراکز پيش دبستاني در استان خوزستان انجام شده است ، يافته ها نشان دادند که مربيان از کفايت شخصيتي ممتازي برخوردارند ولي از لحاظ صلاحيت تدريس در سطح متوسطي هستند و به برگزاري مستمر دوره هاي آموزشي نيازمندند.
يافته هاي پژوهش ١- مراکز پيش دبستاني شهر اهواز تا چه ميزان در بعد نيروي انساني از مطلوبيت برخوردار هستند؟ جدول (٥) آزمون نرمال بودن توزيع نمرات ميزان مطلوبيت ابعاد نيروي انساني (به تصویر صفحه مراجعه شود) براي بررسي نرمال بودن داده ها از آماره کالموگروف – اسميرنف استفاده شد که براساس نتايج جدول آماره کالموگروف – اسميرنف در سطح ٠٥/≤ p معنيدار نبوده ؛ بنابراين ، توزيع نمرات نرمال است .
اين نتيجه همسو با نتايج يافته هاي پژوهش Mirzaei (٢٠١٦) مي باشد که نشان داد بين صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي مربيان با شاخص هاي مرتبط با شرايط و ضوابط عمومي مندرج در اساسنامه آموزش و پرورش دوره ي پيش دبستاني مطابقت وجود دارد.
