چکیده:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of motivational interviewing (MI) on situational emotions (SEs) and temperament/character dimensions among probationary university students. The research method was experimental with pretest-posttest. The statistical population was undergraduate probationary students at University of Zanjan during the academic year 2018-2019 whom 40 were selected through stratified sampling method and assigned randomly into experimental and control groups (20 members in each group). Both groups underwent pre-test and post-test procedures. Members of the experimental group received a series of five sessions (each session was 120 minutes long) of MI per week of the procedure, whereas the members of the control group received no intervention. Short form of situational emotions scale and Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI-125) employed for data collection. The results of data analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) showed that MI had a significant effect on components of SEs (interest, well-being and boredom), so that it increased interest and well-being and decreased boredom, whereas it had no significant effects on temperament / character dimensions among probationary university students (P
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی مصاحبه انگیزشی بر هیجانات موقعیتی و ابعاد سرشت/ منش دانشجویان مشروطی بود. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی در چهارچوب طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان سه نیمسال مشروطی مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه زنجان در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بود که از طریق شورای بررسی موارد خاص به مرکز مشاوره دانشجویی معرفی شدند. از بین آنان، 40 نفر با روش نمونهگیری طبقه ای انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 20 نفر) جایگزین شدند، سپس مطابق با طرح، تحت سنجش دوگانه پیش آزمون- پس آزمون قرار گرفتند. در افراد گروه آزمایش، پنج جلسه (120 دقیقه ای) مصاحبه انگیزشی به صورت هفتگی اجرا شد اما افراد گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از فرم کوتاه مقیاس هیجانات موقعیتی و سیاهه سرشت و منش کلونینجر (TCI-125) استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) نشان داد که مصاحبه انگیزشی بر مولفههای هیجانات موقعیتی (علاقه، بهزیستی و بی حوصلگی) تاثیر معناداری داشته است، به طوری که باعث افزایش علاقه و بهزیستی وکاهش بی حوصلگی در دانشجویان مشروطی شده درحالی که بر ابعاد سرشت / منش دانشجویان مشروطی تاثیر معناداری نداشته است (0/05> P). بنابراین، میتوان به این نتیجه رسید که جهت بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان مشروطی میتوان از مصاحبه انگیزشی استفاده کرد.

On the contrary, character refers to individual self-concepts and differences in goals, values and choices and the meaning of his experience in life affected by social learning and grow throughout life involving three dimensions of self-directedness, cooperativeness and self-transcendence (Kaviani & Poor Naseh, 2005).
Hence, in this study, the effectiveness of MI on SEs and the dimensions of temperament / character of probationary university students have been examined.
