The continuous improvement of employee empowerment in an organization only becomes meaningful when individuals have the necessary information at their disposal and are trusted by the manager so that they can utilize their skills and abilities.
Although empowering employees increases the burden of responsibility for work group members, unfortunately, some managers pay less attention to the methods of creating a culture of individual empowerment.
Empowerment is providing more freedom, job autonomy, responsibility for decision-making, and self-control in performing tasks for organizational employees [13].
Some authors believe that this important characteristic is the most important element of empowerment; because it is having a sense of self-efficacy that determines whether individuals will strive and persevere to perform a difficult task or not?
In other words, when individuals develop a sense of self-efficacy by having at least the skill and ability, the passion to strive to perform the task, and the absence of major obstacles to success, they feel empowered[6].
