چکیده:
The present research examines the relationship between organizational culture and human resource productivity. The fundamental question of the research is whether a high level of organizational culture components used in this study leads to a high level of human resource productivity. The statistical population of the research is the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, and the sample was determined using the stratified random sampling method. The data collection method was an in-person questionnaire, and a descriptive-correlational research method was used. The results indicate a significant relationship between all components of organizational culture and human resource productivity. Finally, based on the research findings, suggestions have been provided.
