Abstract:
روشن شدن محل نزاع بین معتزله و امامیه، در مسیله تفویض و امر بین امرین و بررسی مبانی آنها وجهه همت پژوهش پیشرو است. آنچه معتزله را به نظریه تفویض کشانده، چگونگی تاثیر مسایلی چون قدرت و اراده است، که باید با روش عقلی نقلی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. معتزله استطاعت را به دلایلی مقدم بر فعل دانسته و بدین بیان انسان را حقیقتا فاعل میدانند. معتزله معتقدند نمیتوان دو قادر بر یک فعل اجتماع کنند، درحالیکه هرکدام انگیزهای خلاف یکدیگر دارند. لذا قدرت خداوند را انکار کردهاند تا تکلیف، ثواب و عقاب معنا یابد؛ فعل قبیح از خداوند صورت نگیرد و عدالت و حکمت او حفظ شود. در معنای استطاعت، میان برخی از متکلمان امامیه اختلاف است؛ اما در نهایت همه استطاعت انسان و قدرت خداوند را پذیرفتهاند. امامیه انسان را فاعل مباشر و خداوند را فاعل بالسبب میدانند. بدین معنا هر دو فاعل حقیقی نامیده میشوند. نسبت به افعال قبیح، انسان فاعل مستقیم و خداوند فاعل با واسطه و بالعرض است.
This paper seeks to study the dispute between the Mu’tazilites and the Imams over the issue of delegation and a Theory between the two Theories (Amr Bayn al-Amrayn). The Mu’tazilites consider ability to be prior to action for a number of reasons, and in this way they consider man to be truly agent. The Mu’tazilites believe that it is not possible for two able-bodied people to unite in a single act, while each has a different motive than the other. Therefore, they have denied the power of God so that the task, reward and punishment will be meaningful and His Justice and Wisdom be preserved. There is a difference of opinion among some Imami theologians in the sense of ability, but in the end, all of them have accepted the ability of man and the power of God. Imamiyeh consider man as the direct agent and God as the causal agent. In this sense, both are called real actors. In relation to misdeeds, man is a direct actor and God is a mediated and by-accident actor.

قاضی ادلۀ ذیل را بر لزوم تقدم استطاعت بر فعل چنین بیان میکند: مکلف ساختن کافر درصورتیکه قدرت مقارن با مقدور خویش باشد، تکلیفی «مالایطاق» است؛ زیرا ایمان نیاوردن کافر دلیل بر این است که خداوند به او قدرت نداده و او قدرت بر ایمان آوردن نداشته است؛ درحالیکه تکلیف به چیزی که قدرتی بر آن ندارد، قبیح است و خداوند فعل قبیح را انجام نمیدهد.
اما درصورتیکه تحت قدرت خداوند واقع نشوند، دیگر به هیچ صورتی مقدور نخواهند بود؛ زیرا نشان از این است که وقوعشان ممکن نیست و اگر تحت قدرت انسان باشند، به طریق اولی خداوند هم به آنها قدرت خواهد داشت؛ چراکه قدرت خدا اگر بیشتر از ما نباشد، کمتر نخواهد بود (همان، ص156).
این امر در مورد خداوند نمیتواند صحیح باشد؛ لذا جمع بین قدرت خداوند و انسان ممکن نیست و در مسائلی مانند: مدح و ذم و حسن و قبح تالی فاسد خواهد داشت (همان، ص122).
تفویض موردنظر معتزله این است که خداوند بندگان را خلق و به آنها قدرت بر انجام افعال خود را داده و آنها مستقل هستند که بر طبق مشیت و ارادۀ خودشان عمل کنند، بهگونهايکه برای خدا هیچ تأثیری در افعالشان وجود ندارد و فقط نقش خدا در ایجاد مبادی است.
