Abstract:
Today, planners believe that environmental quality is a key concept for regional and social planning and is associated with concepts such as quality of life, diversity of social space, physical characteristics, activities, spatial dependencies, and urban identity. Therefore, improving the quality of the environment has become one of the main goals of policy makers and urban planners. The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance of environmental quality components from the perspective of tourists in Isfahan metropolis. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and the data are prepared by survey method. The statistical population of this study includes tourists of Isfahan metropolis, which using a Cochran's formula, a sample of 384 people was randomly selected and studied. This number was questioned through a questionnaire whose validity was tested using Cronbach's alpha method. In this study, in order to analyze the data, the statistical approach of structural equation modeling (SEM) and the second-order five-factor confirmatory factor analysis test were used. The final results obtained from the elimination of the effects of measurement errors in the structural equation modeling approach, indicate the effectiveness of the evaluation of the tourist community of environmental quality, respectively, environmental, aesthetic and formal, semantic and perceptual dimensions, and finally functional and activity. Urban tourism is a term that describes various tourism activities in which the city is the main destination and desired location. Today, the tourism industry as one of the top industries is growing and developing rapidly. Despite the rich resources and tourism opportunities in Iran, little attention is paid to the tourism industry. Since sustainable development is referred to as a steady stream, economic, cultural and social changes to increase the level of environmental well-being of society, which seeks unity in economic, socio-cultural and environmental issues. Sustainable development is a development that can meet the needs of the present generation without destroying or damaging the needs and wants of future generations. The historical context of Dezful is one of the most important parts of the city's identity and its origin follows information from climatic and cultural structures. Urban areas, which in the past were prominent places for production, have now become centers of consumption. For many cities, this shift in attitude leads to an emphasis on the tourism industry as the engine of economic growth and, consequently, to the social and physical revitalization of the old urban fabric. The old texture of Dezful, by including the old market of the city and including historical elements, not only did not help the sustainable economy of the city, but as an inefficient part of the city away from sustainable development. In fact, sustainable urban tourism is a new approach in revitalizing these spaces, so in the nature of the present research is developmental-applied and in terms of research method (descriptive-analytical-library-field) through the VIKOR and AHP techniques to study and recognize the elements of tourism. The 28 neighborhoods of Dezful texture were studied and based on the level of desirability, dissatisfaction and VIKOR index; we reached the final ranking for the old texture neighborhoods of Dezful. The purpose of this ranking is to better and more accurately identify the study area to measure and optimize the route of tourism. Investigating and analyzing motivations of tourists are some of the most important sections in tourism industry with the purpose of giving appropriate services to the travelers. Health tourism is a type of tourism which plays a main role in tourism development. Lake Urmia is one of the best tourist attractions from natural and adventurous view. Therefore, we can provide the conditions for the growth of tourism and regional development in different aspects with an approach of resource conservation if we recognize the potential of this area and make strategies for future. In order to do it better, it’s required to recognize the motivations of the tourists. So, the main aim of this paper is to investigate the motivations of tourists in Lake Urmia. The population of research includes all the travelers to Urmia City that 384 of them were chosen as the sample by the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The data was gathered by the use of questionnaires (with 0.925 Cronbach’s Alpha) of Alizadeh Sani et al. The questionnaires were given to the tourists by Cluster Sampling Method. To analyze the data, Confirmatory Factor Analysis was done in SPSS software. The findings reveal that 8 repulsive motivational factors of gain of knowledge and cure for diseases, increase of communications, thinking and taking advice, pursuit of peacefulness, increase of social cycle, sightseeing, meditations and getting to know with other cultures and also 4 attracting motivational factors of easy and various access to services, adventures, history and culture, and events and activities are recognized as the most important motivational factors among health tourist of Lake Urmia. Natural hazards are threatening accidents that cause a lot of human and financial losses. These dangers are not limited to the time of occurrence, but because of the social consequences that will affect the people of the region for years to come. In such cases where the effects of natural hazards are manifested in human life, such hazards are referred to as natural disasters and the role of these hazards in urban planning is important. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of natural hazards and crisis management in land management in Kermanshah province. The present research is a combination of "descriptive-analytical" methods in terms of applied purpose and according to the nature of the subject and the studied components, the approach governing the research process. Data collection and data has been done in two forms of "documentation and survey" and to analyze and weigh data from the FAHP model and GIS ARC software (GIS) to investigate the distribution of natural hazards.Findings from the study show that in terms of natural hazards (earthquake, flood, drought, landslide), %54 of the province in low and very low risk,%21in moderate risk and finally8.36 The percentage is in a very high risk situation. The results indicate that in terms of natural hazards (earthquake, flood, drought, landslide) Kermanshah province is in a moderate situation. Urbanism, urban growth and its undesirable expansion as global phenomena, affect all countries throughout the world. In recent decades, the growth and extension of urban areas has come to be considered as a kind of issue or problem and Ahvaz appears to possess such problem. The aim of this study is practical and its methodology is descriptive-analytical. the present study seeks to investigate the physical development of Ahvaz Extension pattern of Ahvaz in the 2021 horizons. First the process of physical extension is investigated during the period from 1981-2017 (35 years) and 14 indicators has been extracted for the study of the appropriate extension of Ahvaz development in 2021 horizon. By using of FUZZY logic, these indicators have turned out to be standard and by the use of analytical-combinatory model of ANPDEMATEL for the optimized model, 3 levels have been determined for the extension of this city, which has been consequently extracted in the combination of OVERLAYFUZZY and 0/9 GAMA in the GIS environment of output maps also using ENVI and arc GIS software. The results showed that at the level of predictive models of agricultural land with weights of 0.101 and 0.118, the most important and important factor has been the physical development of the city of Ahvaz. Also, the output of physical expansion on the horizon of 1400 showed that the best location in the immediate area of the 8th district of the city and not being located on the site of agricultural land in this city. Growth and development in cities, in addition to financial resources and economic and social growth, requires efficient urban management. Today, urban management has many challenges. In this study, the challenges facing urban management have been researched and the most important goal is to measure and rank the challenges of urban management in Kermanshah. The present study has been done with a descriptive-analytical approach in terms of applied purpose and the method of data collection is based on the library method and field survey (questionnaire) of the findings based on surveys and interviews with 15 experts. In urban affairs, the city of Kermanshah, which was estimated using a simple random sampling method. In this study, low level components of life and social development, political and structural conflicts of centralized government system and decentralized urban management, nature conflict of local urban management with macro-administrative system, uncertainty of organization and inter-organizational relations of urban management, uncertainty of organization and the internal relations of urban management, inefficiency of urban management laws, shortage and vacuum of specialized human resources have been analyzed through PROMETHEE visual software, in order to prioritize effective criteria in urban management. Findings are based on a survey and interviews with 15 experts from urban affairs departments and other bodies related to urban management in Kermanshah to determine the superiority and weighting functions of the indicators and finally their ranking using the vp model. According to the ranking of components, the inefficiency index of the rules with pH + 1. Has the highest weight and the index of organizational relations with a weight of 0.00 ph. +. They have the lowest priority scoring challenges for urban management, which requires serious attention of city managers and decision makers.
