Abstract:
The Internet of Things constitutes a global digital neural network of various devices and sensors, which can connect various devices to each other or to people. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the results of the effective implementation of Internet of Things in human resources processes. This research is applied in terms of purpose; in terms of data collection method, it is both survey and exploratory, and it follows a comparative and inductive research philosophy. The statistical population of the research consists of experts, including senior managers and managers in the field of technology and information of government organizations in Lorestan province, whose sample members were selected using the purposeful sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool for the qualitative part is interview while the quantitative part uses questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the tools were analyzed using content validity and intra-coder inter-coder reliability for the interview, and content validity and retest reliability for the questionnaire, respectively. In this research, the content analysis and coding method was used in the qualitative part, and the fuzzy cognitive map method was employed in the quantitative part for data analysis. In this research, the findings of the qualitative part include identifying the types of Internet of Things, while the findings of the quantitative part relate to the prioritization of these factors. Therefore, the most important consequence of the Internet of Things is the intelligentization and automation of employee performance control, helping the growth and development of the individuals and promoting openness to change.
Machine summary:
). Studies conducted on the Internet of Things showed that most domestic and foreign research has dealt with the concepts and applications of the Internet of Things; In other words, most research has measured the Internet of Things in relation to other factors, and no research was found at the time of the research that addressed the identification and prioritization of the results of effective implementation of the Internet of Things in human resources processes among state organizations in Lorestan province, and there is a theoretical and practical gap in this regard.
In the quantitative section of the research, the views of 12 industry experts were collected using a survey method, and then the data were analyzed using the best-worst technique and the applications of the Internet of Things in human resource management were prioritized.
In the quantitative section of the research, a survey method was used to collect the views of 12 industry experts through a questionnaire, and then the data were analyzed using the best-worst technique and the applications of the Internet of Things in human resource management were prioritized.
The present research aimed to reduce this theoretical and practical gap by identifying and prioritizing the results of effectively implementing the Internet of Things in human resource processes to help government organizations.
The research findings showed that among the identification and prioritization of the results of effectively implementing the Internet of Things in human resource processes, intelligentization and automation of employee performance control have the highest influencing power.
