Abstract:
Avoiding passivity and optimally utilizing all facilities and opportunities in correctly traversing the process of producing Islamic human sciences – and especially management – requires designing a comprehensive model for Islamic management and attributing it to Islam and its authentic sources through a logical and methodical approach. This research aims to design a model of public management by exploring Nahj al-Balagha and, in particular, the historical command of Imam Ali (AS) to Malik Ashtar. This research is based on content analysis and, in the research process, has led to 1200 concepts, 500 indicators, 99 components, 18 categories, and ultimately, a five-dimensional model including pillars, dimensions, methods, nature, and types.

Research Method Orientation and Approach of the Research Since the aim of the present research is to discover the pattern of public management governing Letter 53 of Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj al-Balagha, in terms of the nature of the work and the result it seeks, it is a fundamental research.
The strategy of this research in discovering the pattern of public management governing Letter 53 of Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj al-Balagha is based on content analysis.
