This research evaluates and makes decisions regarding the performance of mother investment companies using advanced statistical techniques and operations research.
In the decision-making process, selecting factors that effectively evaluate solutions and choose a satisfactory solution is considered one of the essential steps.
Increasing the effective factors in decision-making promotes the use of quantitative methods such as: A- Multi-Attribute Evaluation Process (PEEM) {o2o} B- Analytic Hierarchy Process (PHA) {o3o} generalizes.
Next, the evaluation of parent investment companies accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange based on the performance of the last fiscal year using the PHA technique is presented.
Therefore, the 6 basic variables in the form of four independent groups for the PHA model include: 1- IOR 2- Leverage Ratio 3- Changes in Market Value Between Two General Assemblies 4- Changes in Actual SPE over the Past Two Years 5- The Ratio of Shares Traded During the Year 1376 to the Total Number of Shares 6- The Ratio of Long-Term Investments During the Last Fiscal Year to the Previous Year B- Overall Decision Hierarchy After determining the six criteria, the overall decision hierarchy is drawn according to Figure No. 3: (Refer to the page image) Thus, the above three-level decision model will be examined.
Pairwise comparisons regarding the criteria for evaluating parent investment companies for the last fiscal year are as follows.
T- Calculating the Weight of Each Project Relative to the Variables Parent investment companies, as decision-making options, have values with respect to the selected variables, which will be entered into the prioritization process after normalization.
