چکیده:
Given the extensive literature regarding political legitimacy, this research attempts to design a pattern of political legitimacy from the perspective of the Infallibles' narrations using a new and modern grounded theory method, based on the documentary evidence of the narrations in the book Al-Kafi. To this end, by directly referring to the relevant hadiths as the research documents and data, and applying conceptual labeling based on explicit and implicative significance through three stages of coding (open, axial, and selective), a pattern of political legitimacy from the perspective of narrations was designed. Based on this, political legitimacy was placed as the axis and core of this pattern, around which conditions and dimensions (causal, intervening, contextual, and behavioral) gained meaning and concept. Upon reaching results and implications regarding political legitimacy, it was determined that the stability and instability of the political system gain meaning and concept in relation to political legitimacy.

Although there is a time gap between conducting this research and the social life of the Infallibles7, it seems possible that by referring to their behavioral and verbal corpus, within the framework of the grounded (contextual) method as a new method in the analysis of religious texts, through direct reference to the hadiths of the Infallibles7 and by collecting data and conceptual labeling by the researcher and presenting it to a hadith scholar, seeking categorization and connecting categories with each other, a comprehensive view can be discovered from the perspective of the hadiths of the Infallibles regarding political legitimacy.
Concept and meanings derived from the hadith: Obedience to and disobedience of the Imam is equivalent to obedience to and disobedience of God. Hadith data: Fudayl ibn Yasar says: I heard Imam Sadiq7 saying to one of the companions of Qays al-Asri: Truly, God, Mighty and Majestic, nurtured His Prophet and raised him well, and his upbringing reached the level of perfection; He said to him: إنك لعلى خلق عظيم, then He entrusted the affairs of religion and the work of the Ummah to him so that he might manage and nurture His servants (ibid.
