The foundations of political freedom and socio-political justice, in any political thought, are consistent with its epistemological, ontological, teleological, anthropological, and methodological foundations. Motahhari's political thought is a pillar of his system of theoretical and practical sciences. By carefully explaining the aforementioned foundations and considering the requirements of political-social justice, Shahid Motahhari depicts political-social freedom in such a way that it is in no way in conflict with justice. The essence and how of political freedom and socio-political justice, and the manner of its establishment based on the aforementioned foundations, is the main mission of this writing.

Not only does he not allow any power other than Divine power and powers aligned with it to rule over his existence, but also, in the direction of liberating himself and others from the captivity and slavery of all material and worldly manifestations, following the example of free men such as Ali (peace be upon him), (64) he fights throughout his life against all forms of internal and external slavery and servitude, in the hope that one day all anti-freedom, anti-liberty, and anti-justice customs and traditions will vanish from all dimensions of the individual, social, and political life of man and society.
