Abstract:
بی‌تردید فرهنگ هر جامعۀ زبانی، مختص خود آن است و عناصر سازندۀ فرهنگ یک جامعه که بیانگر هویت مجموعی از انسان‌ها است، از زبانی به زبان دیگر متفاوت خواهد بود. از زمان آغاز مبادلات فرهنگی جوامع توسط ترجمه، مباحثات بسیاری پیرامون نحوۀ ترجمۀ مقوله‌های فرهنگی صورت گرفته است. از جمله نخستین صاحب‌نظران ترجمۀ مقوله‌های فرهنگی، لارنس ونوتی است. این پژوهش بر مبنای روش توصیفی- تحلیلیِ متن‌محور، ترجمۀ فارسیِ صادق دارابی از مقوله-های فرهنگیِ رمان عرس الزّین اثر الطیب صالح را بر اساس دوگانۀ بومی‌گرایی و بیگانه‌گرایی لارنس ونوتی و دسته‌بندی مقوله‌های فرهنگی پنج‌گانۀ پیتر نیومارک ارزیابی می‌کند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مترجم به منظورِ دست‌یابی به ترجمه‌ای سلیس و روان، افتراقاتِ زبانی و فرهنگی را حذف کرده و با استفاده از عنصرِ بومی‌گرایی، ترجمۀ مطلوبی ارائه داده است. وی با انتخاب راهبردی مخالفِ نظر ونوتی، ارائۀ ترجمه‌ای روان و مخاطب‌پسندِ مبتنی بر فرهنگِ مقصد را بر حفظ هویت فرهنگیِ متن مبدأ و غنای فرهنگی، ترجیح داده است. این ترجمه با زدودن نشانه‌های ترجمه‌های مبدأ‌محور، حکمِ یک تألیف مستقل را پیدا کرده است.
Undoubtedly, the culture of any language community is its own. It will be different from one language to another. Since the beginning of the cultural exchanges of societies by translation, there has been a lot of discussion about how to translate cultural categories. One of the first experts to translate cultural issues was Lawrence Venuti. This research is based on descriptive-analytical and text-based methods by using the dualism of Domestication and Foreignization by Lawrence Venuti and the five cultural categories of Peter Newmark evaluates Sadegh Darabi's Persian translation of the cultural categories of the novel "ors Al-Zein" by Al- Tayyeb Saleh. The results of this study showed that the translator in order to access the fluent translations eliminates linguistic and cultural differences and using the element of Domestication, it has provided a favorable translation. Unlike Venuti He prefers to provide a fluent and popular translation based on the culture of the destination. He prefers to preserve the cultural identity of the source text and the cultural richness. This translation has found the verdict of an independent work by removing the signs of the original translations.
