The aim of this research is to investigate the extent of job burnout among employees in the operational areas of Falat Ghareh Oil Company in the four dimensions of job burnout; and subsequently, the frequency and intensity. It also aims to determine the share of each of these dimensions in job burnout. To achieve the objectives of this research, the Maslach Burnout Inventory and researcher-made job burnout predictor questionnaires were distributed among the employees of the operational areas of Falat Ghareh Oil Company. Data from 122 employees who completed the questionnaires without error were analyzed using SPSS software with independent t-tests, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), and multiple regression analysis, and the following results were obtained. There is a correlation between demographic characteristics and burnout. Regarding the predictors of burnout, except for job position, other predictors are not statistically significant. The share of the four dimensions of job burnout is significant and different.

Concerning the investigation of the significant relationship between education level and the components of job burnout, the results indicate a significant difference in depersonalization in terms of intensity and frequency between employees with a high school diploma and those with an associate degree.
Regarding the demographic and occupational factors related to the causes of job burnout, considering that specific job conditions were studied in this research that have not been conducted in other similar studies, a significant difference was only observed between the factor of work location and the family variable.
