Abstract:
In this writing, concepts such as scientific and social miracles, law, tradition, and society are explained. Additionally, a brief review of the causes and motivations of social life, a critique of the sociological method in analyzing the subject, and views regarding whether society is real or conventional are examined, along with the nature of lawfulness in social studies and its reasons. Then, the approach proposed by the Holy Quran on this subject is considered. By proving this identity, the lawfulness of society from a sociological perspective is linked to divine social traditions in the Holy Quran, and the shared lawfulness of societies is presented as a miracle in the Holy Quran. Subsequently, the characteristics, conditions, and factors for the realization of lawfulness from the perspective of the Holy Quran are discussed. This article attempts to provide a type of social interpretation of the Holy Quran and an internal perspective on it, paving the way for theorizing certain topics that were previously considered established and finished sociological matters, and thereby aims to prove the role and miraculous power of the Holy Quran in proving the lawfulness of society and the impacts of this discussion on sociological studies in general.
Machine summary:
(Mesbah Yazdi, Mohammad Taqi, Society and History, 231/) 3) Lack of Essential Difference Between Societies Based on this perspective, essentially all social affairs, matters, and collective manifestations are the result of actions and reactions, goals, fears and hopes, and the thoughts of human individuals, and are the product of traditions that man himself has created and preserved, and since his nature is almost constant, one should not expect that it will remove all rules and systems and replace them with completely new laws; therefore, social systems and laws are eternal and unchangeable and do not find difference in different times and places.
The Holy Quran, by emphasizing these laws and their universality and generality, essentially gives these laws a scientific aspect and awakens a deep and profound feeling in individuals to pursue their social issues and history with insight and awareness and to accept them with this same awareness; therefore, it says: (فلن تجد لسنّت اللّه تبدیلا و لن تجد لسنّت اللّه تحویلا)؛ "And you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration" (Fatir 34/); (سنّة منقد أرسلنا قبلک من رّسلنا و لا تجد لسنّتنا تحویلا)؛ "(This) is the established way of Our messengers whom We sent before you; and you will never find in Our way any alteration" (Al-Isra 77/).
