چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطة وضعیتهای هویت و مهارتهای ارتباطی در دانش آموزان دختر
و پسر دبیرستانی عشایری و شهری مستقر در شیراز انجام شد. نمونهای مشتمل بر ۳۷۱ دانش آموز دورة
متوسطه شهری و عشایری که به شیوة نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شده بودند. ء دو
پرسشنامة مهارتهای ارتباطی و وضعیتهای هوبت را تکمیل کردند. برای تلخیص و تحلیل دادههاء
علاوه بر روشهای آماری توصیفی» از روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. به طور کلی
نتایج حاکی از آن بود که وضعیت هویتی پیشرفته در کلیه گروههای مورد پژوهش» بهطور مثبت
پیش بینی کنندة مهارتهای ارتباطی است. همچنین وضعیت هویتی آشفته بهصورت منفی مهارتهای
ارتباطی در دانش آموزان شهری را پیشبینی میکند. ء اما پیشبینیکنندة مهارتهای ارتباطی در
دانش آموزان عشایری نیست. علاوه بر آن» وضعیت هویتی آشفته» به صورت منفی پیشبینیکنندة
مهارتهای ارتباطی در پسران است اما قادر به پیشبینی مهارتهای ارتباطی در دختران نیست. علاوه
بر موارد مذکورء رابطة وضعیتهای هویت با خردهمهارتهای ارتباطی نیز در گروههای مورد پژوهش.
بررسی شده است. یافتهها با توجه به تحقیقات پیشین به بحث گذاشته شاهاند و پیشنهادهایی برای
انجام پژوهشهای بیشتر در این زمینه مطرح شده است.
The aim of this study was investigating the relationship between ego identity status and communication skills in tribal and urban high school students in Shiraz city. A sample of 371 tribal and urban boy and girl high school students of Shiraz city which were selected via multi-stage cluster sampling with class sample unit, completed two questioners on communication skills and identity conditions. Test-Revised Descriptive statistical methods and multiple regression analysis were used for organizing and analyzing data. General findings indicated that achieved identity status in all groups, positively predicts communication skills. Also, diffusion identity status predicts communication skills in urban students negatively but does not predict communication skills in tribal student. Furthermore, diffusion identity status negatively predicts communication skills in boys but does not predict communication skills in girls. Diffusion identity status negatively predict communication skills in urban girls while does not predict communication skills in tribal girls. Furthermore, the relationship of identity status on sub communication skills was investigated. The findings are discussed regarding research literature and suggestions for further investigation are set forth.
