Abstract:
این پژوهش به بررسی مبانی حکومت اسلامی در قرآن و سنت از دیدگاه امام خمینی و علامه مودودی میپردازد. با توجه به اهمیت بحث حکومت اسلامی در جامعه اسلامی در عصر کنونی و با توجه به جایگاه علمی و سیاسی امام خمینی بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی و علامه مودودی، بهعنوان نظریهپرداز اجتماعی و سیاسی، ضرورت پرداختن بحث مبانی حکومت اسلامی در پرتوی قرآن و سنت از منظر این دو متفکر، روشن میگردد. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین آرای دو متفکر برجسته عصر حاضر از دو مکتب شیعه و اهل تسنن، امام خمینی و علامه سید ابوالاعلی مودودی درباره مبانی حکومت اسلامی است. امام خمینی و علامه مودودی برای حکومت اسلامی دارای مبانی مشترک و مختصی هستند. توحید، رسالت پیامبر اسلامk، جاودانگی و جامعیت اسلام از مبانی مشترک بوده؛ امامت و ولایتفقیه، مبنای اختصاصی امام خمینی در بحث حکومت اسلامی؛ و خلافت جمهور مبنای اختصاصی علامه مودودی است. امام خمینی و علامه مودودی نظریه خود را در باب مبانی حکومت اسلامی به آیات و روایات مستدل نمودهاند. روش این پژوهش با توجه به تبیین آرای این دو متفکر، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با توجه به بررسی و نقد ادله، تحلیلی ـ انتقادی است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با استخراج مبانی این دو متفکر ادله آنان را مورد بررسی قرار داده است.
This study examines the foundations of Islamic government in the Qur'an and Sunnah from the perspective of Imam Khomeini and Allameh Mawdudi. Considering the importance of the discussion of Islamic government in the Islamic society in the current era and considering the scientific and political position of Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic and Allameh Mawdudi as a social and political theorist, the necessity of discussing the basic principles of Islamic government in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah from the perspective of these two thinkers becomes clear. The purpose of this study is to explain the views of two prominent contemporary thinkers from the two schools of Shiites and Sunnis, Imam Khomeini and Allama Sayyed Abul Ali Mawdudi on the principles of Islamic government. Imam Khomeini and Allameh Mawdudi have common and specific principles for the Islamic government. Monotheism, the mission of the Prophet of Islam, the immortality and comprehensiveness of Islam were common principles; Imamate and the Governance of the Jurist, the specific basis of Imam Khomeini in the discussion of Islamic government; And the caliphate of majority is the exclusive basis of Allama Mawdudi. Imam Khomeini and Allameh Mawdudi have based their theory on the principles of Islamic government on verses and hadiths. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical according to the explanation of the opinions of these two thinkers and analytical-critical according to the critique and examination of the arguments. In this regard, the present study has examined the arguments of these two thinkers by extracting the basic principles.

3. مبانی اختصاصی حکومت اسلامی از دیدگاه سید ابوالاعلی مودودی یکـ خلافت مودودی، بعد از اینکه نتیجه گرفت؛ در اسلام حاکمیت بهطور کامل مختص به خداوند متعال است، پرسشی را مطرح میکند؛ که جایگاه کسانی که در دنیا برای نفوذ قوانین شریعت قیام میکنند، چیست؟ به نظر ایشان پاسخ این سؤال روشن است؛ آنها نائب خداوند و خلیفه او هستند.
